Love this movie and the 4K upgrade and atmos upgrade are good. My one complaint is that the HDR could be better, colors don’t pop like I think they should.

Great 4K UHD version with awesome picture and Dolby Atmos sound. Was a great addition to my video library that really makes my TV and sound system worth the investment.

'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl' is not only the best of the franchise, but a classic blockbuster in its own right. 4K still isn't a viable, accessible format for most people, so Blu-ray is where it's at. This movie, at this price, in this format? It's a steal.

Its a great family movie, after watching this one i had to get all 5 movies!

Out of all the blu ray transfers this is one of the worst. Not 4k just upscaled. Digital denoiser added and then resharperned artifically. Colors are trash. So many artifacts: green red and yellow in shadows its insane. Mids are really unbalanced like a one hdr rule disney uses for all scenes. 0/10 I really dont like you disney. You dont care aboout fans or your movies for fans.

Johnny Depp is perfect in the role as Captain Jack Sparrow. A visually impressive movie as well as adventurous and fun throughout. A great start to what has become a very popular series of films.

i saw this movie when i was younger.. so i did not like it since i thought it was goofy and the story didnt make sense to me. fast foreword to now and i have to say, it is better than i remember! the characters are god and funny the music is great the effects still hold pretty well over all this movie still holds up great as a family movie

I purchased this movie to complete my collection. Pirates of the Caribbean are great movies to watch. I thinking of putting the series in the summer outdoor movie line-up next year.
