I don't have a dish washer, so I'm not sure if it's ok for that. But pressing patties, coming out even, it's great for a super low cost.

This burger press makes different size burgers, for what ever size that you are cooking. From full burgers to sliders. And the regular burgers come out Very nice size and thick. I smoke mine for about 45 minutes then crank up the heat and sear them to the temp that I like. This is an awesome product.

We’re a Blackstone family and use it multiple times a week. Having most accessories, we somehow didn’t have this. Great addition to make the jobs easy. Tip: used wax paper to make sure the meat doesn’t stick.
