It is a great smoker. I took off a star though because the pit boss pro has 2 things that this grill should have. First the wifi pid controller. 2nd and to me more importantly the fire pit isn't removable. This is made with heavier gauge steel but it seems that the removable firepot and wifi controller should be included since this cost more than the pro. The contoller is upgradeable if you want to spend another 150. Food is absolutely awesome off this grill. I would recommend to a friend but also would warn them of these two shortcomings.

It has been easy to use and the food is amazing! The assembly is a bit hard but worth it. I wish it had Bluetooth or WiFi but a small complaint.

Love this. The size is perfect and I love how it holds a whole bag of pellets.

Brought this grill from best buy 29apr22, fourth of jul 24 tried to cook and the auger wouldnt turn so the pellets would not go into the fire pot and light. Called best buy and was told the geek squad warranty was two years so i had to call the manufacturer and they new of no one that could fix it. I called the manufacturer and was told the warranty was for 5 years but only for parts and I would have to look at a video on line and fix it my self. I feel ripped off as both the store and manufacturer could not help me to fix this thing. BE WARNED

Wouldnt recommend buying from best buy worth going to lowes. I had a missing part and was essentialy told they couldnt do anything. The grill itself felt like it wasnt worth what i paid they seem to give you the single handed worst screws ever invented which left stripped. Also seemed as if craftman ship was poor with excessive black sealant. How ever besides small inconveniences the grill itself works really well and was easy to assemble. Just in case of issues would recommend going to lowes will they will actually help. In case you were wondering the navigator does not have bluetooth pitboss 1150 pro would be better

I love the way the unit looks and it is easy to clean. The auto pellet feeder allows me to do other things while its smoking. I would definitely recommend this unit to other shoopers looki g for a auto feeding smoker.

Easy to assemble and easy to use. Unit was igniting at first due to fan not spinning because the bracket was bent. After straightening the bracket, everything worked as it should. Very heavy duty.

I have grilled ,smoked, seared beef, prok chicken everything. Even frozen pizza. Very happy with my purchase. Will never go back to a charcoal grill.

Does not maintain temperature. Ive only had it 6 months and its 100 degrees off in temp, Pitboss does not honor the 1 yr labor warranty they do NOT service their products they want to send a part and they want me to fix it myself. I didnt spend this kind of money to play repair tech, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PITBOSS!
