This smoker is a nice option if you're cooking for one or two people like myself. It cooks well and is simple to use. The build quality overall is just not the best, however. The complaints that I have are in regards to the small plastic piece that acts as the door handle to the pellet box as well as the clips that are meant to lock the lid of the smoker closed. They are both very cheaply produced and poorly fitted for their intended purposes. The door "handle" for the pellet box is only held in place by a small spring that doesnt really lock it into place or lock the pellet box closed at all. It may as well not be there and a simple indent for your finger to open the pellet box would have been better in my opinion. The clips for the smoker lid are also poorly fitted and do nothing as far as providing any kind of seal to the lid compared to just having the lid closed without them engaged. You can also see they show two different kinds of clips in this area on BestBuy's photos of this product. One photo shows much higher quality looking clips that says "Pit Boss" and the other photo shows the cheaper, smaller silver clips that are what actually come on this smoker. In my opinion these also may as well have been excluded completely as they dont do their intended job. I would also guess that if they were meant to be used for when you're transporting the smoker that they would easily disengage on their own as they are somewhat misalignedand loose when engaged. These two things don't affect the smoking functionality of this product, which is as expected hence my 3 star rating and not 2 star. However it makes me concerned about the quality of the parts that I cannot see and about how long this smoker will last...

Im happy i bought this size. Buy a larger grill if you have a bigger family

I used this grill for the 1st time tonight and so far I really like this grill. It preheated to 400 degrees in about 25 minutes and held the temp when the lid was opened. I also like the flame broiler plate, can’t wait to try it on a steak.

This is the best grill for a small family. You can literally load it up and take it anywhere. Whether it be camping or to ballgames it is great love my grill

Bought this for when we go camping. Easy setup and was easy to use. Cooked chicken legs for the first time on it and we loved them. We bought the competition blend pellets with it. Only dislike is I wish it came with the meat probe instead of having to buy separate.

Great for camping or over the road when still wanting to have smoked food, or still wanting general use of a pellet smoker. Having lid under grill grate to open and close for searing option is great and can also be started without using igniter when power is limited. Cover included too!

I really enjoy this grill. It is small but It is perfect for travel (not too heavy but a little bulky) but also perfect to use on the balcony in an apartment or if you only have to grill for small group (1-3).

Good smoker overall! I love it! I have the big grill version from the same brand and it’s amazing as well! This one we use for camping and love it! Even use it at the house for small meals.

It is an awesome camping grill we used it on our camping trip and it cooked everything as good as our full size pellet grill at home. Cannot say enough. And the convenience of its smaller size but plenty of cooking space.

It has a little bit of a learner's curve over a charcoal grill. It's a little small, but you can make it work for two people.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it and has made very delicious food with it. Its not too bully or big and not too small. A large family size whole chicken will fit perfectly with a little extra room to fir something else too!

For a portable, easy to use smoker/grill this is perfect. For only two people it works great and I transport it between the lake and home.
