Great griddle. Assembly easy helps to have 2 people. Non-stick surface makes cooking and cleanup easy. Flavor of griddled cooked food is unbelievably better

Came in scratched. Works ok doesn’t heat the sides that well

Ok this thing is awesome. I originally bought and electric 22” griddle from Blackstone because I didn’t want to deal with propane but I quickly learned that electric is not suitable due to the fact that every time I drop meat on it, it drops in temperature immediately thus taking Much longer to cook food. I also felt like the 22” was just too small for my liking, so I began researching propane and a larger size, I wanted quality as well and was willing to pay for it, you get what you pay for. This was easy to put together and maybe took 1-1-5 hours. It’s size is perfect at 36” and the quality of pit boss is top notch. Ceramic coating top is also why I went with this brand vs others because I did not want to deal with seasoning and doing any clean up. This top is non stick and was a breeze to cook on. I pay attention to small detail and this is the winner. Highly recommend! Another note, I originally ordered from Amazon because they had free shipping but the expected delivery date was a 2 week wait! Best Buy would deliver within 1-2 days and they also had free shipping so I canceled Amazon and went with Best Buy, they have stepped up their game !

Delivery was outstanding! Main griddle is great. However, a handful of parts in the stand for the griddle were bent and within 3 weeks are rusting in the rain because the material was bent and the protectant coating on it was compromised. I have no idea if the parts were bent and compromised during packaging or in transporting/shipping the product. So far, Pit Boss is difficult to reach in order to get replacement parts.

Delivered in perfect condition. Easy to put together but is very time consuming like 2 hours at least. Feels very sturdy with good quality parts. Have cooked about 10 meals on it so far from Fajitas to Smash burgers and all came out excellent. It is a very durable ceramic coated cooktop. Just make sure you don’t use metal utensils on it as it can scratch the surface. Cleanup is really easy, just put some water on it and wipe with paper towels. No seasoning required. Best grill I have owned. I highly recommend it.

Awesome grill. Very sturdy. Just make sure you review everything that comes pre assembled. Some screws on mine were loose. Overall the nonstick surface is great, no seasoning required. Cleanup is easy, soapy water, scrub with a soft pad, rinse and dry with a shop towel. Your cook times are cut in half with this thing, there is a ton of room to cook everything at once.

Love my pitboss! The top is removable so we can bring it to the beach but it is heavy!......the legs are a bit flimsy but it cooks beautifully!

We love our griddle. We have cooked just about everything on. The nonstick and not having to worry about seasoning it was a bonus. It makes for such easy clean up and bulk cooking. Being able to take it off the stand is nice for taking it camping. Only con so far is it is pretty heavy when not on the roller cart.

We love this grill, the fact that you can remove the top portion is awesome! Makes cooking breakfast for groups a breeze - highly recommend!

Ordered a month ago and assembly was straight forward. Being this has a non stick cook top the initail set up was a breeze compared to my Blackstone. First the griddle is extremely easy to light and the cooking areas have been consistent. Even with all the burners going at the same time it definitely has enough heat to cook a wide rage of foods perfectly. Keeping the review short, I do prefer it over my Blackstone.

Never had a griddle before only grills. I decided to adventure into the griddle relm. What was fascinating to me was the ceramic coating. This made it easy to clean and provided a non stick surface. I cooked some smash burgers with grilled onions and it was easy and tasted great. Clean up was a breeze. I’m reporting this Pit Boss griddle is a GO!

The grill itself is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want in a flat-top grill is included with this setup. The burners are great and easy to use (it does take a few times to understand and get your temperatures down right), the skillet/flat-top is amazing and heats up super quick. It's easy to assemble and easy to maneuver if you need to. TWO words of advice: 1) This is a ceramic flat-top so DO NOT USE metal utensils on it - silicon and wood are perfect. 2) DO NOT PURCHASE the Pit Boss silicon flat-top utensil set because it is TERRIBLE. I used it and on my first grill the spatulas were already starting to slowly chip, melt away. Try and find this grill on sale and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Easy to clean after use!! Push all the grease to the grease tray then spray some water & wipe then rinse and repeat till satisfied to your liking. Also the top opens up smoothly doesnt fill cheap in anyway. Only thing I wasnt a fan of was the tight spaces where the screws go because i have fat fingers which is a me problem.

Very good grill. Easy to use and clean. We have some nice barbecue and it was very very good and easy to clean the grill without any mess or any scratch easily easy to move around and store.

Love the griddle concept. The cooking space is significantly more than the standard grill. The unit is heavy and with multiple additions (trash bag holder, locking wheels, etc). It took a couple of hours to assmble nit worth every minute.

My husband wanted a flat top grill, and we decided on the pit boss after researching our options. My sister has a blackstone, but prefers using our pit boss because it’s so much easier to clean than the blackstone. It cooks like a dream and cleans up easy.

Great griddle! Easy clean up and heats up fast and hot. Love how much space you have to cook and the paper towel holder and trash bag holder is great. Works good with just a reusable grocery bag. It's very solid and seems like it will last a long time if taken care of and covered.

This griddle is awesome, easy to clean and the perfect amount of space. I can cook hash brown, eggs and bacon with ease
