    It works great and is so easy to clean. You do not have to season the griddle surface. Pay for the installation as it is very time consuming to put together. Im a total tech member so it was free. Absolutely love it!

    Great griddle…love the ceramic top. Makes all much easier and yes you still can create the same finish on your smash burgers. A big step up in quality compared to traditional steel top.
