Bad quality and Best Buy fails on delivery

They threw it in my garage and left when they were supposed to assemble. Scheduled another assemble and they never came. The grill itself has issues. The ignitor button sticks and constantly ignites the griddle. The only way to stop it is to take out the battery and leave off the ignitor button away from the griddle. Really disappointed in Best Buy and Pit Boss on the quality which both are poor.

I have tried 3 different propane tanks thinking maybe I got a bad one. It has only worked a few times. I will never buy this product again. It is trash!

Crappy quality

Manufacturer has sent multiple after multiple parts and they are all delivered damaged. Don’t plan to purchase this brand again nor purchase any products similar from Best Buy as they have made this experience not much helpful.
