I loved "Pitch Perfect", and the second one even more so. This third installment is a cash cow from Hollywood that tried to blend once again the elements that made the first 2 films work, but they sadly didn't. As much as I wanted this film to be good, even just for me, I couldn't get it above "decent". The story tried to answer the question "what's next for these girls after college? and what about their relationships with each other?" but it fell short from full satisfaction. That's not to say that this 3rd - and hopefully final - installment of the "Pitch Perfect" franchise is absent of the bonds and friendships and awesome a capella. When the ending presents itself as to how everyone will move on to the next chapter of their lives, it is a tender moment. The film has its fun musical numbers in its own right. But the expectation that was set from the first film were set higher with the second film, and the third just didn't measure up. But a fan of the "Pitch Perfect" series should see this series to the end. On the technical side, Hollywood is going to hear it once again from me: seriously Hollywood, why make the new standard 4K when you're filming and finishing films in anything less than 4K?!?!?! That said, and I should have said this about the first 2 films as well, it does look better than the standard Blu-ray. Better picture clarity, and of course a better color palette thanks to the HDR10 presentation are some of the reasons to go with the 4K release instead of the standard Blu-ray. But Universal shot themselves in the foot when it comes to the audio, giving 4K Blu-ray buyers the same audio release as the standard Blu-ray. Why, oh why would a customer purchase the 4K over the audio in a film about a capella singers when they can get the same audio experience on the standard Blu-ray? The only reason why I did was just to round out the trilogy in the same 4K format. The DTS:X Master Audio soundtrack is great, simply great, and I don't think Universal could have released a better track... which is why it was simply wrong on their part to put it on the standard Blu-ray as well. The whole point of 4K, just like the whole point of Blu-ray when DVDs were the standard, is that you're missing out on something great by not going with the best available format. Do I recommend this film? Yes, but only to finish out a lovable series.

Enjoyed watching this musical/comedy with family. Ultra HD picture quality is great so is the lossless audio which is important during the scenes which involve singing. Steelbook is attractively designed. Inside cover pictures the leading ladies. Rebel Wilson is my favorite character in the series. She will make you laugh. Not much else in Pitch Perfect 3, just singing and jokes.

Not sure that 4k was necessary, but we love these movies so buying them only made sense in the 4K version. The first is by far the best and the second is close. The third wasn't quite up to the standards of the first two, but it has its moments too.

I like the main cast so great to see them together one last time. Glad they let them age and didn't keep them in college at age 30. Also enjoyed instruments from the other bands. If you liked the first two, you'll probably like this one too.

You usually against movies where it’s a bunch of singing but the pitch perfect movies are the best. My daughters love them all. Although they aren’t age appropriate for kids under 14. Even though I must admit my kids are

Purchased this a gift, and the recipient was happy with it. I haven't seen the film, so I can't comment. For $14.99 for a 4k steelbook, there's not much complaining one could do.

Pitch Perfect 3 is funny but this should be the last one. They can not stretch this out any more. I would recommend it to complete the series but not just to buy alone.

Relative is enjoying this movie. They have 1 and 2. They were excited to get number 3!! First movie is lots better, but 2 and 3 are still entertaining.

Bought this one for my wife. She's a big fan of the first two, and while not quite as good, still an enjoyable movie to watch with friends.

Sad to see this is the last of the squeals of this set. My daughter and I have enjoyed all 3 of the Pitch Perfects and would love to see more movies like this.

They finished off the trilogy on a high note (pun intended). The singing is great. The actresses are so funny and the plot was done well.

I really liked the first one. The second movie lacked the punch of the first but was still good. This 3rd installment tries too hard and fails. Its like they are just going through the motions of the formula. The music is well done, but the song selections lack a wide appeal. The story seems rushed. They should have stopped at 2.

It is a fun movie, like the first two. Includes all formats, including digital, so you can watch it however you like.

I have enjoyed all of the Pitch Perfect movies. Pitch Perfect 3 did not disappoint the way most trilogies do.

This was another good movie in the Pitch Perfect series. I feel this was the weakest but still worth a watch.

My niece loves musicals. She is 13 years old and has always wanted to be a singer.

I enjoyed watching this. The singing is great and the cast is funny.
