We loved the first Planet Earth, and were thrilled to hear that the second was being released! It looks absolutely stunning in 4k and it is just as breathtaking as the first volume. Wonderful to own if you love animals and natures!

Documentaries can be tough to watch but this stunning visuals and appropriate commentary by David Attenborough make these easy to stay tuned to. Makes you view the earth through a lens you may have never imagined before.

Just bought 4K TV and 4K blu-ray player and wanted to see 4K content on tv. Did not disappoint, very nice

This is a very satisfying series, and the video quality is sourced directly from 4K sources, so if you're wanting to show off how good your 4K set up is, this is what you should put in to make everyone jealous!

Are you kidding me, this is the most serious 4k I have ever seen. I thought it was going to me good based on the reviews but it is better than I thought. If you have a 4k TV, just buy it/

I haven't had a chance to sit down and watch all episodes yet. Did watch a few when they were aired on Discover. Popped in one disk to see the 4K quality, and it's stunning as expected. Amazing content, as was the original series.

A stellar sequel to the first Planet Earth set. This 3 disk set in 4K with HDR(bonus disk is Blu Ray) is worth the price. This is a reference set to show off 4K Ultra HD with HDR to family and friends . The 4K images are STUNNING.

Bought this after the many reviews I'd read. If you have a 4K tv with HDR, I highly recommend you buy this disc. This was filmed in native 4K unlike so many of the 4K movies that have been released that are up converted to 4K.

I had watched the series on BBC app but seeing it on my smartphone vs watching on my 4k TV was - as expected - a whole different experience. I think any person can appreciate the cinematography of this and not be disappointed.

I can't enough of this awesome series! It's amazing to see all the work that went into filming these documentaries. Definitely sets the bar for nature documentaries, watched more times than I can count since purchasing.

Another phenomenal addition to the planet earth series. Sir David Attenborough does an excellent job narrating as always. I bought the 4K version because it was strangely cheaper but don't have a 4K tv. Still looks great though

I bought this to test my new OLED TV with XBOX x. Only a good source can help you test the setup and I was suggested to try this. Regarding content, if you like nature and documentary, you can never go wrong with this.

I bought this for my 4k HDR OLED to see how amazing it could look, and wow am I blown away. This Ultra HD Blu-Ray has to be the best looking 4k content I've ever seen. Also, the contents of the show itself are very interesting.

I've always loved the Planet Earth series so I was excited to see this one released in 4k. It did not disappoint! Highly recommend this especially if you are looking for content to show the true capabilities of the 4k platform.

This series is a must have for people who have a 4K Blu Ray player. The color range and high definition of this series make it worth every penny. Compared to other 4K Blu Ray movies I have seen it truely outshines them.

The time & patience by the Production team making this film is amazing. Most folks never realize the work and endless hours it takes to film such incredible once in a lifetime scenes as this movie depicts in awesome 4K.

If you have a 4K tv and a UHD player, this is a must. 4K picture is amazing. However, there are some scenes filmed in less than stellar quality but about 90% is in 4k. Most of the scenes are quiet entertaining, there are some not too interesting as well. Overall I think this is the best representation of 4k picture quality available in UHD bluray.

I have all the BBC dvds and now 4K on Planet Earth. Love every single one of them. Not sure if this was done on purpose, but there's hardly any killing in it, which makes it easier to watch these shows with your young kids.

This documentary is spectacular. Super example of 4K video and sound. It certainly makes you feel you are there. It makes you wonder how the camera work was done and how to catch the animals in their natural habitat.

Not only is this fantastic visually, but it is enjoyable from an education standpoint. It's nice to mix it up sometimes and this series was really enjoyable. Plan to watch it multiple times in the future.
