I hesitated to buy this. It seems like a steep price but it is definitely worth it. I love David Attenborough and the content is so beautiful...

The family really enjoyed it, but like any nature document ,it shows the circle of life, so some scenes will need hand over eyes for the young ones.

I didn't think it could be better than Planet Earth I but it is. The quality is outstanding. The UHD is definitely the route to go. Outstanding!

Planet Earth 2 is a wonderful continuation of the series that I got into as a teenager. Great footage and wonderful narration by David Attenborough.

Planet Earth II is a sequel to the original Planet Earth... This sequel only has six episodes about one hour each. It covers a lot of the same areas as the previous version but covers different animals. The detail on this version is spectacular, a lot better than the other BBC Planet series. I have the 1080P version, am wondering how much better the 4K version must be...

4K can be amazing, but much like Blu-Ray, it depends on if the source was shot in native format or not. PE2 was filmed in 4K, and it looks AMAZING!

Planet Earth 2 is a great adventure and 4K is the only way to go! I bought it to hopefully experience the 4K experience and I was not disappointed.

Planet Earth II is everything you can ask for in a wildlife documentary. Fascinating throughout, and the 4k picture is truly srunbing.

Watching this on my Sony OLED is truly amazing, I'm blown away by the clarity and colors. If you have a 4K TV this is a must have.

I have alway been a fan of Nature shows in when it became available in ultra high DEF I had To have it . Tha Picture is unbelievably awesome

If you have a UHD player this one is a no brainer. The picture and camera work are at times jaw dropping. Kinda pricey so I would wait for a sale.

I recently purchased a Sony UHD display and a Sony Blu-Ray UHD player. I needed some good UHD content and chose Planet Earth II. Happy camper!

Probably better than the first one. I bought the 4K version and it is fantastic. I would recommend to anyone who cares anything about our planet.
