I've always been fascinated with biology, especially marine life. I was looking for an "ocean movie" recently and came across this. Being that it's from BBC, I knew that the quality of the whole movie was going to be superb. I've only watched a couple of disc and loved everything about them. They were very knowledgeable and breathtaking! My girlfriend was watching her movie on T.V., I was watching this on my notebook...I didn't blink one time. I looked like a zombie, mouth wide open, eyes as big as silver dollars...and she'd tap me every once in a while to see if I was O.K.. Of course I was! For some, this may seem a little expensive, HOWEVER, it's worth MORE! The technology, experience, "shots", etc., of every aspect is priceless! I enjoy watching movies. I like scary movies, action, comedy...but let me tell you, I personally, would rate this well above ANY movie that I've ever seen in my life! If you decide to buy this set, trust me, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

I've been waiting for Planet Earth to go on sale for quite some time now, and when if finally did I jumped right on it. The great part about it was that The Blue Planet came with it. I had never seen it before now, but I am definately impressed. A must have collection for people that love random stuff.

This is a video to see over and over again and you will find something new every time. It is also recommended for the whole family with incredible photography, great sound and the best nature documentary series you will ever see.

This is without a doubt the most amazing dvd I have ever seen. Simply stunning video. The soundtrack perfectly compliments the series. If your emotions are not stimulated by this series then you had better check your pulse.

I really liked this movie because it was really informative. I learned a lot from this movie. It was interesting learning about the seas of life and about the ocean world. I now know some more sea animals and places to go to-to see these aquatic animals.

Pretty sights and sounds. Crazy places and animals I never seen before. Covering the land and deep sea. Those animals are just like us. Eat, sleep, and mate.

I love the way they put everything in words, a lot of information, a lot of research, and awsome technology to do that. I love this BBC project.

Excellent collection. A must own DVD set. If you have seen any of these documentaries then you know you must see them all.

Informative, and entertaining.. inspirational for the artist or nature photographer in all of us.

this dvd is excellent to see all the species on the planet besides the pictures are very good.
