    This is still the best of the ape movies. Blue ray and the digital download make it a good deal.

    Much better, but not as slick, as the recent remakes. Shows you what the world will be like in the future when western culture gets destroyed.

    The Tim Burton remake was interesting, but the original is a classic for a reason. A good bit to laugh at, but there's plenty drama that works too.
