Are you looking for mindless entertainment? Planet Terror is for you. I really enjoyed this portion of Grindhouse because of its high action content. Robert Rodriguez is a brilliant director, who really taps into his inner filmbuff and creates a highly enjoyable film. The extras enhance this film by providing the viewer with an insight into the efforts that go into bringing a solid film like this to the big screen. Planet Terror is definately for fans of Rodriguez, McGowan, and action-hooror films. Highly recommended!

This is a great movie, my wife and I love it! Robert Rodriguez strikes again! This film has a great cast including, Rose McGowen and Bruce Willis. This is not your average zombie flick! If you like some of Rodriguez's other works like Sin City, The Faculty, From Dusk Till Dawn, etc., then you'll love this movie. I highly recommend it! Also, check out Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof, released at the same time. Grindhouse, Baby!

I'm really happy to see this extended cut of "Planet Terror." It's really not that different, but I like this version a little more than the original "Grindhouse" version. The "Machete" trailer is great, and it's always a pleasure watching it. The documentaries' lengths don't add up to very much, but they are interesting and give enough behind-the-scene footage of the CGI techniques used in the film. Highly recommended.

This is such a great movie. Once the movie starts it does not let up at all to the end. Everything is done in a very cool way and the action and gore are over the top. The film starts with a fake movie trailer that looks so good you wish they would actually make that movie. If you like movies that are fun and not very serious you should check this movie out, it is well worth a purchase.

This has got to be the best half of Grindhouse since it has so much blood and gore in it. Death Proof was pretty boring up until the last 20-30 minutes with the whole car chase. This keeps at the edge of your seat the entire time and you won't wanna look away. Every action scene is so sick, funny, and random which is pretty cool. I guarantee you this will not dissapoint you at all.

while i was very dissapointed that the 2 grindhouse movies were not released together with the trailers included on dvd.planet terror 2 dvd release is chock full of extras and is a much better film than the tarrantino film.planet terror has it all:hot chicks,flesh eating zombies and buckets of blood and gore.the dialogue in the film is cheesy,but it's meant to be that way.great movie!!!!you will not be dissapointed with this purchase if the horror genre is your favorite.

I saw this movie as part of the Grindhouse Double Feature with DeathProof. To me this was the better half of the double feature it is full of action, horror, romance that you can ask for in a movie. I can't wait for it to be released on DVD tomorrow I am definitely buying this on dvd and I think everyone should too you won't be disappointed one bit.

It's a little sick and gross, but it's fun. It's a good ride that embraced a kind of ridiculousness that a lot of other movies can't ever really make work. For now this is fine, but I am still hoping they'll release the theatrical version on DVD. Seeing PLanet Terror and Death Proof together in theaters was some of the most fun I'd had in theaters in a long time, if they release that, I would...probably dance.

This movie Rocked. You get a stripper that loses a leg and gets a rocket launcher attached as her leg. Does it get any better than that? She thens proceeds too kick zombie butt with it. This movie was great, you wont forget about Quentin Tarantino's disturbing zombie scene. I just need too say OUCH!!!

This is one of those movies that looks like it was shot on one of those projector screens.With the lines across the screen the "missing reel" footage.But all-in-all it was a good movie.Blood splattering,Action packing,Gloriously gory.If you are a fan of horror, and I know you are, then pick this up.

A great movie!! A must have for zombie lovers! Has a soundtrack that reminds me of Sin city. Action packed and is very funny at times. Over all great story! Plus getting to see the jail house scenes, that where shot in my city was also pretty cool. A must buy!!!

You get a chick with a gun as a leg!! This movie is awesome. Lot of action and great effects. You will enjoy this movie if you like great acting, gore, and great special effects. The steel book edition looks sweet if you can snag it!!!!

Cool movie from start to finish, lot of zombie action from start to finish, but not your normal dumb zombie,,,this could carry and fire weapons

a fun choice to watch but be mindful for the kiddies and use discretion when allowing them to watch.

THIS MOVIE IS KIND OF COMIC-BOOKISH-IT'S HAS A GOOD DANCE SEEN AT THE BEGGINING AND THATS MY FAVORITE PART-SEXY-SEXY-I DO LIKE THE ACTORS IN THIS MOVIE THEY ARE WELL KNOWN AND COOL-IF YOU LIKE ZOMBIE MOVIES U HAVE TO SEE IT-IT DOES SKIP AROUND A LITTLE-BUT IT IS KIND OF COOL-NOT VERY SCARY BUT COOL-LOTS OF ACTION!

This movie is perfect if you want to unwind and not care about a really story plot etc... It is actioned packed though and hey she has a gun for a leg. :)

I found this movie to be very stupid and a waste of time.
