I didn't like other pairs because every time I took them off, the ear pieces would stick in my ears. I don't have that problem with these. I wish the battery life was longer. These are rated for 8 hours but I get 5.5 hours at most. I've tried 10 different brands of bluetooth earbuds and these are in the top of my list.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear you have been having volume issues with your headset. That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

Finally went Wireless

I love not being connected by a wire. So glad I finally cut the cord! Also, the controls on the ear pieces are easy to use [once you get used to them]. The arm band is a little bulky but still very functional and a great option for those that want it all in a single product :o)
