Customers regard the BackBeat PRO Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones favorably, particularly praising the excellent sound quality, impressive battery life, and comfortable fit. However, some customers noted that the headphones are large and heavy, which may be uncomfortable for extended use. A few also mentioned that the bass response could be improved. Overall, the positive feedback on sound, battery, and comfort outweighs the concerns about size and weight.

After doing a lot of research for high end bluetooth headphones, I knew I had to try the Plantronics. Overall I am very impressed and have no complaints really. The bluetooth functionality works well-the range is very reasonable and it pairs easily without effort. The controls are well designed and very functional. The headphones are a bit on the heavy side but still are really comfortable. The sound is extremely balanced and I have no complaints about the loudness which is often a problem with bluetooth headphones. Overall I would recommend these to anyone looking for great bluetooth headphones with balanced sound.

These headphones have a ton features for the money. The sound is better than most Beats, but not as good as some of the truly high-end audiophile headsets that would easily cost double this much. The fit is decent. They are a little small for a med-to-large man, but for the most part, not too bad. they could stand to be larger and cover the ear a bit better., but overall they should withstand daily wear and tear..as they are a bit more sturdy and as such, heavier than some other brands. The Bluetooth range is great ...not too much interference. I'm happy with this purchase, but in truth, they should have included a hard case. I know they want to keep the weight down, but at this price point and with the tech involved, it kind of feels like they pinched the penny on that decision...which is a bummer in terms of building a truly loyal and fervent fan base.

I'm a gadget freak who makes my own custom programs but I also enjoy good sound quality. I saw these on an online review from the Soundguys . com and proceeded to research the heck out of these headphones before buying. I was very satisfied with the sound and the sheer number of control I have over playing my music and I can still talk to people. The noise canceling isn't the best in the industry but its good enough for the gym or traveling. The comfort is there for long hours of use and the sound quality is amazing! It's even better if you further tweak the EQ to your liking. The sense feature is a must have for headphones in my opinion and the way it is used in these headphones is really useful for practical use to not miss a beat. My searching for quality headphones I can use all around regardless of the activity is finally over. The only 2 flaws are: 1) They don't look as good as the Beats or Bose headphones, but I'm not bothered by that since they are far far super in every way compared to them. 2) I wish they came with a hard/soft shell case rather than a bag, although you can pick one of those up from amazon from about $10. During my research I did side by side listening comparisons and the Backbeat Pros had the best sound, battery, features, comfort, adjustability, quality feel, price, and overall score for me. The Beats Studio Wireless was close but didn't win any categories. The Bose did better only in the noise canceling feature. I hope this helps!

I was looking for a pair of headphones that would act as an all-in-one device for music and phone calls. This one sits around the ear, not on ear. It has bluetooth and can be wired. One thing I noticed is that if you use the wire, and the headset power is off, the controls do not work (obviously) just never really thought about it until I got it. Overall the sound quality is pretty good. It does get a bit steamy after having it on for a long period of time, but it is comfortable. If you have a smaller head, this might look and feel quite large, as it packs a lot of features into the headset. 24 hours of battery life is a big plus. I was not able to find anything with ALL these features for anywhere close to this price point, so this was a great deal and a well made product!

These are great for the money. Bluetooth works great and the noise canceling is awesome. I use these on a commercial lawn mower 8 hours a day and they work perfect. Battery life is great. They could be a bit more comfortable but anything on my ears for 8+ hours will get a bit annoying. They are kind of bulky so I could see it being a problem traveling with them though. Being able to control your device with the headphones is awesome and the built in microphone is great too. I was between these and the Bose for $300 and these are awesome for the Bluetooth feature. I would buy these over those again in a heart beat.

There are so many Features and the physical controls are Awesome. There is an actual volume wheel on the Right Earphone that you Turn to change the volume. I have had these since Christmas the battery life so far is stellar and the Active Noise Cancelling is nice. The Bluetooth controls get a little flaky when you pair two phones or tablets. It doesn't always activate the controls right away. So music will pause and play on phone #1 when I answer or hang up Phone #2. However I can't change the volume or pause music from the headphones it seems to take a minute for the Headphones to take control back of Phone 1.

Let me just say there are very few noise cancelling wireless headphones on the market. I like that these have very long battery life. I only don't like the size. They stick out a lot. It looks weird. Bluetooth is really good though. Two connections at the same time is cool.

I love a good pair of headphones and was looking for a pair of bluetooth headphones that had good sound and also had active noise cancellation. I'm a big bose fan for their sound quality and awesome active noise cancellation but I was a little disappointed that their bluetooth headphones didn't have active noise cancellation. So when I read about these headphones that had active noise cancellation and had good sound I decided to try them out. They didn't disappoint. Their sound quality is really good and the active noise cancellation is actually really good. They are very comfortable too. I would recommend these to other people.

Plantronics has done a great job with these. The design is nice, the sounds is great, the price is also good for all the features you get you cant go wrong. I've had these for about 2-3weeks an I love these things. And the batterie is great. The 300" range of the Bluetooth feature works if there are no walls interfering with the signal. But the range is great. The noise canceling works good enough. Not the "best" but it works if your in an office setting or you what to drown out most noise. The weight of these isn't bad but for some it may be a little heavy but they are light to me so I live them. They are also very comfortable. I've walked with these on in 80 degree weather an they did make my ears sweat but that's to be expected in the San Diego sun. In normal settings I was completely fine, no sweat just me an my music. Phone calls were clear an the pause/ play features works most of the time there were some instances were I would take them off an the music would play but for the most part it works. Overall I love these headphones. The next best thing would be a $400 pair of Ziks an even then idk if they would be worth the extra cash. These are a great purchase an a good investment. Definitely buy these.

First of, I am audiophile, so my music matters to me. But I needed a pair of headphones that would not only sound great when I wanted to hear something, but also not sound like anything when i didn't. Let's start with the good first: these headphones are loaded with features like Active -noise cancellation, built in microphone with toggle button (to hear what's going on outside the headphones when someone begins to speak you), a LONNNNG battery life, and auto-pausing when you take off the cans (pressure plate in left cup), NFC pairing, and distinct volume up/down and skip/rewind dials on the outside of the cups, as well as a pause and play button finally they're wireless and wired. Oh and it does with a cool sleeve and 3.5mm +skip cable. You don't have to use them with the battery, they work without assistance as well. Bad: underneath the padded cups it can really press on your skull behind the ears... Not good for pressure point, they're also pretty heavy for wireless headphones.. Probably the big battery, finally the noise cancellation has a noticeable high pitched ringing sound when activated... Everything else was great, but I'm sensitive to high pitched noises and so I wound up trading up for the Bose Quiet comfort 35's. Otherwise I loved them!

Was looking for something wireless and noise canceling got my autistic son. We've been through many headphones in the past. The wires either fall apart or wouldn't zone other sounds out. This is perfect as it is wireless Bluetooth and noise canceling. We use this in the car, when traveling or sometime even just around the house. No more frustrating autistic meltdowns!

To start I was torn between these and the new Wireless Studio Beats so I bought both with the intention on returning one pair. I tried each for a week doing various activities, cutting grass, riding tractor, laying in bed, yard work, etc. The Back Beat Pro's had better noise cancellation, sounded better, and were A LOT easier to control than the Beats. The dials are easy to use and the mic option is ideal when doing outside activities. I was still torn because I wanted to be cool and wear the Beats and show them off but in the end, sound quality, design, and function won over! I don't regret it one bit.

I have owned several noise canceling headsets over the years. Mostly BOSE, but also JVC and Sony. I have been looking for something cordless for a while now and then I saw these. I travel frequently, so the noise cancellation is a must. These are superb. Great cancellation, very nice musically with deep (not overdone) bass, accurate highs mids. I didn't realize until I started using them (even though its listed as a feature) that they have an auto-pause feature. This is very helpful when the flight attendant comes by to offer you a drink. Just life the left ear cup away and presto! the music stops. Put it back on and it resumes. Now, I have had an issue of moving forward sometimes and this happens, but not too often. After several hours the ear cups can get a little uncomfortable as these do tend to rest on my earlobes despite being "over-the-ear" design. Maybe I just have big ears. Overall, the quality is good, but the sound is really good.

Great, clear sounding headphones. Very balanced sound. This doesn't mean that there isn't any base by no means. Bass response is precise and punchy and does not take away u from the mids and highs. Battery life is great. Was a full 2 weeks before I had to recharge these and I really listen to music Alot. Great pair of headphones.

I really liked the sound quality on this unit more than I expected I would. However, as some other reviewers said they are just to heavy to use for long periods of time. I wanted to love these, but I could not get past that and I ultimately returned them.
