Volume/mute controls on the headset and NO wires!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my CS50 for over 2 years and I would not be able to work without it !! I spend hours on the phone each day and this headset has the ability to mute and change volume on the headset itself... the mute feature has a tone every 15 seconds to remind you that mute is on. At first this is a bit distracting but after a few uses, you get used to it..... an on those really boring calls you can count the beeps while your colleagues ramble on ;-) The headset is lightweight and the sound quality is excellent for both me as the speaker and as a listener. And the battery life is remarkable, I have gone as long as 6 hours on a single charge and it recharge time is very fast. It is adjustable for the right or left side of your head and the soft leather like cushion on ear piece is slotted so air can flow between your ear and the speaker, a very comfortable wireless experience. While the rated range is 300 feet I have moved as far as 500 feet and still send and receive signal, there is a small beep that let's you know you are moving out of range. While there may be cheaper wireless sets available, the CS50 is all I need. A couple of my coworkers have purchased the CS50 on my recommendation and I know they are very happy too...

Great for home or office
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset is perfect for home or office if you are not tied to your desk working. You have the ability to move freely while having a conversation. It gets a pretty good range as well. You can set it up to where you can answer the phone from anywhere within range. The only bad thing is there is no way to screen calls like this because you are away from the receiver. The worst part of the headset is after a couple months of use, the lift for the phone gets worn down and I have lost calls because of this. It takes some adjusting every now and then to keep ut from happening.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Also it advertises for a corded phone, my phone is corded however the piece that goes onto the corded phone does NOT fit onto my handset at all. My corded phone is only 1.5 yrs old. Do your homework first make sure your corded phone will match up to the piece that belongs on the handset. This does not work with all corded phones
