So I've tried other Plantronics simple wired earsets for my cordless Panasonic phone, (Plantronics M214C and M220C) and also a generic one. People kept saying 'I can't hear you well ... turn up the volume' ... but the devices were set at Max. This is the best of the bunch. It's tricky to use (the instructions are vague). I found you a) put the under-ear bar on first, with the sound bud hole facing AWAY from your ear. b) lift everything vertically, rotate the sound bud hole DOWN INSIDE the ear so the 'hole' sort of faces your ear canal. c) gently pull the whole unit DOWN in the ear to 'lock it' with the tiny flap of ear over the sound bud. It is more or less comfortable & good sound TO/FROM you at this point.

This headset works well, but it is NOT cordless. The cord could be a bit longer. It doesn't give me much room to move away from the phone while working at my desk.

Average sound quality and Irritates the ear lobe.. haven't found an above average product in this space yet but will keep hunting. For the most part all seem relatively comparable with trade offs amongst each.

I have had Plantronics devices before and they are very good. This was so inexpensive and works so well I'm going to get another for my other home.

I purchased this for my internet phone because the cord frayed on my old one. It is sometimes uncomfortable in your ear but the speaker works well. My clients can hear me alright as well. It says that it works with mobile phones but it does not. I tried it on a Samsung and an iPhone and the cord is too small for the aux hole.

When not traveling for work I WAH and must be on conference calls most of the day. Instead of using my iPhone all the time, I purchased this headset to use with my Panasonc cordless phone. This headset is the perfect compliment to the phone! I am now longer using my minutes and can multi-task much more easily when on the phone!

I often buy blank discs at Best Buy and use them to copy music and give them to friends.

overall function is good. Could stand to have better design to fit ear better.

Sound quality is okay but the item is uncomfortable to wear and very hard to put on and take off. Definitely not as shown on the packaging.

This earpiece is really a piece of good work it's good for taking calls or listening to music whenever you want privacy I have no complaints about this product at all.

I ask before I bought it and they told me in store it would be compatible with a walkie talkie which was not

There's not much to say except I love it....when my calls come in I hear them clearly so there's nothing to say negative about this product! !

For short-term this works well. After wearing a few hours, it causes pain in ear. Do not recommend for long term wear.

I have small, sensitive ears and have a spine-neck condition. This makes it very uncomfortable to hold phone with my hands (They will fall asleep after a while and my neck would be toast by end of day). There is plenty of cord to adjust so my head turns easily. I can adjust mic to be out of eyesight and I can hear without an echo. It also helps me block out the VERY loud co workers so I can hear the person on the phone. There is volume control and mute on cord to help adjust for personal preference but I did find the middle volume worked the best for clarity without any feedback, lag, or echo. Only draw back, people just walk into my office and start talking WHILE I am talking to someone on the phone. They can't see that the headset is on because I cut my hair short and it now hides the mic.
