I have the Savi W720 headset version. I'm on the phone for at least 7 hours a day. I do not have to charge it at all throughout this time. This is a very comfortable fitting headset even with glasses and the wireless range is very good. Drowns out a lot of the sounds going on around me and people have told my voice comes through very clear. The one thing that I have trouble with is answering a call - it takes several times hitting the answer button on the ear piece before it actually answers the call.

Headset works great. Sound quality is fantastic and it is comfortable to wear with many different fit options. Also easy to to setup and use. Only wish I got the model lower since I'll only have one phone connected to it, so won't get any use out of having the ability to connect a cell phone or PC phone.

My manager is now able to walk around the area while in a mtg and no loss of connectivity. He said it's clear and folks have not had any issue in hearing him. This is one of several that I've gotten for the office area.

I bought the Plantronics Savi 700 series to use at work. I am spending more and more time on the phone and use both my work and my cell phones for business. I wanted a headset that was easy to use and comfortable to wear and could easily be switched from my work and mobile phones. Being able to choose how I wore the headset was also important to me. This met all of my needs. It provides clear sound and is a snap to use!

Obviously, this was designed for phone calls and it does a perfect job at that. The audio is crystal clear on all calls and everyone hears me perfectly. If you think you can dual these as music headphones at low volume than your going to be disappointed. I never expected them to play music well at high volume, but they don't sound good with music at any volume. The plastic seems a little flimsy and they might break easily if you travel with them. The stand scratches easy if you travel with them. Clearly these aren't for travel. The moment the device is unplugged the batteries begin draining fast. However, they hold up for a long time on full charge while making phone calls. The bottom line is they are great head set. If you can afford to pay the high price for a head set that makes phone calls. You can probably save money and get the same quality if you shop well. If budget isn't a concern then these are perfect. I took away one star for price and music quality. If the price was lower I wouldn't expect the music quality to work.

Overall not a bad product, does cut out every now and then. A lot more than the hardwired USB headset that I was previously using. It's nice to be able to switch between my softphone and cell phone. I can even put one of the calls on hold to grab another.

This is a great headset is you are on the phone a lot and distracted easily. Covering both ears really makes it easier to hear and cancels out the background noise. Plays music from your cell phone or computer. They don't have quality music sound, but it still plays music. I love this head set.

This is the best headset you can buy in this price range. It just works. It has a super simple setup and is always crystal clear. I bought here for the entire office.

I'm using this headset for my home office. Although I wear glasses it's still comfortable. My only complaint is I walk around the house a bunch cleaning, etc. and every time I bend over the headset falls off my head. I don't consider myself to have a small head at all so if you have a larger size head, it should still be comfortable.

Easy to setup with good audio quality. Wish it was cheaper. Will come down in price over time

Seems a bit pricey for a wireless headset IMO, but it gives the user options on how to wear the headset. In addition, it allows you to connect your Computer and your cell phone so multiple use.

This headset is able to be used for a ton of different connections. Softphone, Bluetooth, Wireless. Great base station and awesome call clarity. Not cheap, but definitely quality

We ordered two for our sales team so they can move around the office while still on the phone. They work just as we expected. Very happy with them.

We bought a couple of these for work and the Customer Service department really seem to like them. They work well and the battery lasts all day.

Amazing and easy to use. I take calls on cell, home, and computer with it. It has great range and is very comfortable.

Have been using Plantronics headsets at work for long..and had to buy one for home-office..Looked at Jabra, but after the not so great reviews, settled on Plantronics, inspire of the price. No regret..Wish Best buy offered extended warranty on this one.

It's the best decision I made choosing this kind of headset!!

The Plantronics - Savi 700 Wireless Headset System - Gray I LOVE!

I have been using the wireless headset for 4 months now and very happy with easy setup and use. Battery life could be longer so I try to keep in on the recharge base between calls to make sure its always charged.

This product is used by us in a business setting. It both accomplishes our need for in office mobility and is durable at the same time.
