Absolutely AWFUL!! The box it arrived in was not a shipping box, the phone was loose in the box. No printed name or logo on the box (like what is it?). The headset was cheap plastic ...... Since we had it, we went to install it and it was the wrong model for our phone. No where in the brief description did it give the model # phone of what it was designed for .... at least we didn't see it. Even if it did fit the phone we would have sent it back as it was not worth anywhere near the price I paid. A bad experience from the beginning, but when I returned it to the store there was not a problem getting a full refund. That was the best part of the whole deal. I then went and spent a couple hundred on other items at your store, and we lived happily ever after.

I bought this head set for my home office. It functions great and I like the two ear pieces. I can hear anybody talking from the other end no matter how bad their connection. They just can not hear me. The mic is short and does not reach to the front of your mouth and there is no way to turn it up. They can not hear background noise from me but they keep asking me to speak up.

I like what i have purchased however the units were defective & will need to be replaced. Plantronics is sending me new ones to replace them and even sent a wrong headset to start with but the item # I gave them was wrong. I know what I have bought & as soon as I have the right working equipment. i will be very happy. you all were very good to me!
