    Needs to better at staying paired. I think the charging system for Plantronics is flawed. Give me a mini usb not some proprietery plug.

      That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try increasing the volume from your phone during a call and also resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

      If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty.     Don't like the fit, makes your ear pop out because of battery thickness. Ear piece keeps popping out also.

      Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Legend SE.

      When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all. If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, feels loose in your ear or just seems like it'll fall regardless of the eartip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style, for example our Voyager Edge or Explorer 80.

    I really like the idea of this product and saw that it had great reviews. The features were great (voice commands, can use on right or left, etc) and it looked very sleek. Unfortunately it would not stay on my ear (perhaps I just have an unusual ear shape?). I may have gotten a faulty one as well because calls did not sound clear. I returned this product.

      If the headset doesn't properly stay on your ear we recommend trying one of the other included ear tip sizes, they make a big difference on most cases.

      We aim for a headset's design to fit 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but we know that one size doesn't fit all. In case the headset is still uncomfortable we would strongly recommend trying another wearing style (Explorer 50 or Voyager Edge, for example). Plantronics

    It looks cool but didn't fit right also with certain phones you have to unlock your screen before making a call if you have an iPhone then your fine but if you have anything else then you will shave to unlock your phone screen first. Also the audio isn't that good so I ended up returning it.
