I'm a big fan of PvZ GW1 and GW2 and have mastered both those games to Elite Level/Max rank. I was excited when word came out that there was a new installment for this franchise. I was one of the selected few that "Alpha Picnic" this game before launch. Here's my take...1) it is completely different from GW1 and GW2. The character movement is different and it takes a while to get used to 2) The gameplay is very chaotic and fast paced 3) the map seems to be all over the place 4) there is considerable lag. This tells me that this game was rushed to be released and they didnt have the hardware to backup online players. EA is to blame for this and network/hardware optimization is needed 5) there is considerable balancing required as there are over powered characters that dominates the game 6) this is another one of those "Grind" games to reach high level and maximize characters strengths As of right now, I will rate this game below average as I'm still adjusting to the game play and to level my high expectation of this new game. In addition to a very buggy game that still needs a lot of work and updating, again, going back to rushing the release of this game. Perhaps, I will come back later and update this review but as of right now, I really cant recommend this esp if you are expecting the same game play from GW1 and GW2.

The newest entry in the Plants vs. Zombies franchise is pretty good. My son and I have some great dad & son time with the Plants vs. Zombies games in both pvp and co-op so it was worht it for that alone. The maps are more complex and detailed than Garden Warfare 2 and there are new characters as well. I agree with other reviewers that this could have been a better game in the franchise, but overall it is still fun and enjoyable to play. I got it when it was on sale/deal of the day for $15 and it is well worth it when you can get it in the $20 price range.

The case was brand new, and in tip top condition. The game itself is so awesome! They kept certain things original, but added some awesome characters and maps as well! RECOMMEND!

This is a really fun game, more challenging than it looks! At times the game-play can get pretty hectic. The visuals are generally good but there are hiccups from time to time and the screen goes blank. It always comes back. So far I haven't been "killed" when the screen is frozen, thankfully. Overall a good game but could definitely use an update to fix the bugs.

Fun for a family and friends everyone enjoys playing

Very fun to play and a lot of different things to find and explore. Not on par with those super violent modern games so that’s a good thing for us.

Its a cool game, feels like it could of been DLC for plants vs zombies 2. But overall it's fun and entertaining. Graphics are nice. Characters are really cool

Have the previous two games. Great game as well, tons of fun and no violence like the other shooters out there.

We've had every Plant vs Zombies Game. This one is by far the one that has the most characters and customization of them all. It's a great game.

My kids seem to love this series. Easy for kids to play and enjoy.

This is not the typical PvZ game of the past of just running around shooting everything in site. This one requires a little more strategy and time to learn the mechanics of the game. There is some balancing that needs to be done so that certain characters are not so powerful. With the game still being relatively new, that will come in time. A fun game to pick up and play with someone or alone, so you can't go wrong.

Awesome game for people all ages!! The characters are hilarious and cool shooting mechanics

We got this for $20 and enjoyed previous versions. We don't play online. We play with our granddaughters (younger) and have a good time, we all like the characters and they like changing outfits. We play the story and just battle each other for fun. The two big hits with this game's characters is the Disco Queen and the Acorn who becomes the Mighty Oak. I'm sorry I can't comment on the online play, this seems to be where this series is focused.

Purchased for my grandson it is one of the games that we play together. We have played them all this one is so much fun for all ages.

Game is okay. Have enjoyed this series. Buy game pass 8nstead and get this game and 100+ more.

My teenager really enjoys playing this game . Glad I bought it for him.
