Overall a very sturdy case. Does not obstruct the USB or charging ports. Only con is that it can be difficulty to open the kickstand if case is fully closed. A third or fourth of the price of comparable cases. Overall a great buy for the cost.

Platinum case seems to have hit a home run here! Everything you wish the Platinum case were this is! Only adds a half pound or two, has a silicone strap when you want to share and present to coworkers or small groups that keeps you from accidentally dropping it and testing the military grade drop test rating! It has a tight holder for the pen. The case doesn't interfere with the type cover being removed or connected. All ports are accessible and venting on the case matches the venting on the Surface Pro 4 to keep insulation effect to a minimum. Very satisfied with the superior design so far!

The case is rubberized on the corners, and rugged enough for most uses. I take this camping, hiking, and pretty much everywhere I go, and my surface is still in new condition. No issues with overheating nor any compromise on teh usability and versatility with my Surface.

I was looking for a surface pro 4 case that wasn't too bulky, allowed use of the stand and didn't cost an arm and a leg. This one delivers on all points! After using it for more than 6 months I'm more then pleased!

Durable cover that has access to all the ports you need, which are protected when you don’t. Don’t recommend dropping because you have a case but if you do, you’re good. Not too bulky.

While sturdy, a little clunky and makes USB port hard to access. Design for on/off switch cover also somewhat difficult. If safety is foremost, would recommend, otherwise no.

It's a very durable and rugged case. Really nice that it uses the original kickstand and has a spot for the pen.

Very sturdy and easy to use. Must have for this Surface Pro.

This case works well as basic protection. So far, I have not dropped my pc more than a foot or two (off the couch onto a carpeted floor). The piece around the kickstand sometimes catches and is difficult to open. The rubber covers over the ports are also hard to move out of the way as well. This may provide a better level of protection for a cheaper cost, but is still a little annoying. I would prefer to not have a case, but with my clumsiness, don't want to chance any damage, and this was a relatively cheap option.

Good and strong for the kids to play with and easy to use

This adds the protection I wanted for my surface Pro4 without too much bulk. It allows the keyboard to be the cover and allows it (Keyboard) to be attached or removed easily. It still gives the kickstand ability to the screen. All around great cover.

Little bulky and hard to put on, but protects the Surface very well. Great if you have kids or are clumsy.

Not very expensive. Seems like the product would provide sufficient protection but I could never get one of the corners to stay snapped into this shell. Had to return it for a better product that fits correctly.

I purchased a Surface Pro 4 a few months ago and I was not really looking nor did I know there were cases for it. On my Surface Pro 1 I just used a skin to protect it. So I found this case one day I was just browsing and it is pretty cool. It covers all the ports, has a slot for the pen and seems pretty rugged. Another thing about the case is that the power port cover opens up along with the kickstand so I don't have any trouble using power when on a desk.

The case is a value compared to the pricier alternatives. It has adequate drop protection if your rough and tumble in a back pack like me. The covera to the ports are a bit stiff but i hope they get better over time. Yes you can use the keyboad with this still on (just remove a bottom cover) and it has a pen holder so you dont lose the pen ( the magnet doesnt work through case)

Works great for Surface Pro 4 if you leave off the keyboard. To attach keyboard you have to remove a sidepiece. That is the only downside

One of the few cases that is lightweight and covers all buttons and ports as well.
