Very nice minimalist cover for GS8

Already had an Otterbox beast and wanted something that would fit in my pocket nicely. This item did the trick. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because it doesn't protect the edges completely. Maybe a little too minimalist. However, the nice wood veneer on the back overrode that and so I bought it. Use it every day.

Fits like it should
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the similar style case on my Galaxy S6 when it fell and cracked, but I've also seen the case slid on it's edge on concrete with no damage to the phone. This one fits well, looks like it covers the edges well, and while a bit thicker than I would have liked, I think will provide the better edge protection because of it. I love the wood look though.
