This is NOT Military grade

Here we are 3 months later and the case has split along the seam of the case. Phone has not be dropped once. Obviously a defect of the product. The funny part is that I have spent over $3,000 in the past 3 months in the store and Best Buy would not assist me in replacing the $40 case because it was past the manufacturer return policy. Reconsidering all future electronic purchases from Best Buy due to poor customer service.

Rubber Separates

I was very disappointed when the rear rubber pad started to lift and separate. The adhesive used to hold the rubber pad began to bleed through and is very messy. I don't think it is too much to ask that my overpriced phone cover last as long as my phone.

Great Experience

He made the usual dreaded process a 100% better. We happen to catch him at the end of his shift twice (ordering and picking up phone) and he didn't rush us at all.as for the phone I like it.
