The thing is I like it so much that I bought a second for my brother as a gift. It is simply the best

Really liked the belt clip and multiple kick stands. The belt clip is heavy duty and looked to be able to hold up well as did the clip that hold the phone in place. However, in just over 1 week, (9 days to be exact), the plastic holding the pin in place for phone clip broke on one side thus putting a lot of strain on the other side. When you look at it there is very little plastic around this pin so it is bound to fail. Too bad I didn't see that before I bought it. Will look for something better next time.

3rd one in 4days. Broken out of box. Poor quality.

I've used this brand's case before in the past on several different phones but when I put it on my new iPhone 7, I knew immediately something was wrong. The top piece was entirely too snug when sliding on the phone and I could feel grinding. After removing it, I found the groove for the camera lens isn't molded correctly and the phone dragged along the case. Luckily the phone itself wasn't damaged. Will be returning the case.

i bent over to pick up something while i phone case attached to my belt. This caused the clip to twist and partially separate from the case housing.

A case and holster that is functional and does the job. I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 due to a couple of design changes from previous versions. - The case is thicker than previous designs due to rounded sides instead of flat sides. This makes the case noticibly bulkier in feel. I liked the previous more svelte design. - One handed removal of the phone from the holster is now quite awkward with the phone/holster positioned in the vertically. The top of the holster now completely covers the phone so there is no place push on the phone as one lifts up the latch. One has to grab onto the side of the phone which results in some awkward arm positioning when removing the phone from the holster one handed.

I have bought this style and brand of case for different phones I have had over the years. It is very durable and provides excellent protection against drops in my experience. The kickstand is a feature that I use daily and it has held up very well. In addition, the manufacturer warranty is great; one of my kids dropped the phone with the kickstand out and it caused the hinge to break (it was kind of a freak accident, usually the kickstand just folds back in if this happens). I took it to Best Buy and was able to redeem the warranty without any hassle. I will be getting this case again for my next phone.

I always buy Platinum cases. Sometimes one needs a holster (at the gym, running), and this case works well with and without the holster. I like it that none of the buttons or ports are covered. I dropped my last phone maybe a dozen times, and it never suffered any damage. One thing I do not like is that once installed, it can be very, very difficult to get the case off. I have figured out a way to get it off now (using a thin metal bookmark), but it's still not easy to remove.

I really like this phone case and clip. It is easy to get on and off and has a low profile while you're wearing it. It is also easy to get your phone off/on for answering. This products downfall is that the belt-clip has a metal spring that is reinforced with plastic. The thin part of this plastic breaks frequently, sometimes before its first use, requiring the user to always have a back up clip.

This phone case functions very well and not nearly as bulky as other brands. There are few phone cases with a belt clip (that's what I need). The problem is the spring that keeps the clip secure. It is "fragile." The spring and components last about 9 - 12 months. I have purchased two for my iPhone 7 and had two for my iPhone 6. Even though the case is flawed, it is the best I have found with the belt clip feature

I bought this particular case for my iPhone 5s and it was an great product. So I decided to get the same case for my 7, only issue I had was trying to get the case on the phone..it is a tight fit, but once I got it on it was ok. The kickstand allows me to sit the phone down without having to hold it..the case is durable...I really don't use the outer shell at all. But overall a good price for the case.

I’ve been using this brand of iPhone cases for a few years now. While I would recommend it just be careful at times the holister clip will break if your at work doing regular activities or getting out of your car it catching onto something.I do enjoy the back piece of the phone case having the small stand so you can watch videos hands free. I give this a 4 out of 5.

This is the best arrangement for carrying a phone without a purse or stuffing in a pocket! This is my second one (lost the belt clip after 2 years). I have dropped the phone both while in the holster and just with the case protector, and have had NO damage to the phone. It is QUICKLY accessible, secure, and can rotate to fit your preference on position. You can feel the vibrate mode, too. Both the holster and the protective case have a "kickstand". I love it and hope it is always available.

Case has good protection, elevated lip around screen and a holster if needed. My wife had one on her 6S and liked it so bought the same case for the iPhone 8. Only drawback the volume and power off buttons don't have covers. If you have larger fingers like myself hard to use the buttons, not for me. Good case overall.

My husband is an electrician and needs the access around his waist, it's a good solid case- the only downfall he experiences is that he has to wrestle it out a bit to answer, it has a clip that you have to get used to in order to release the phone, because it's in a shell that attaches to another piece, I wish they made more to choose from.

I had a Platinum case for my iPhone 4, which I loved. Upgrading to a new phone after several years, I thought I might go to a different case. I researched around and found myself reading a review for the Platinum case. Almost all the reviews were positive. The fit is perfect. Snug and secure. A little effort is needed, but feel confident it is right. The kickstands are cool for both the case and belt clip. I am glad I bought this case.

The case itself feels great on the iPhone while the holster safely secures to my belt. Additionally, the holster clip serves as a perfect inconspicuous pop socket allowing for one hand edge to edge screen thumb navigation. That feature alone has sold me on the greatness of this case, but not having to take my phone in and out of my pants pocket has been a game changer. I won’t buy and other case, Platinum is on their “A” game here.

I have bought 3 of these cases for our family and they work great. Not bulky but offer very good protection if phone is dropped, especially on the corners. I also like that you work with Best Buy directly in-store if there is a warranty situation. I use the belt holder and the release cracked, but I took the case and holder back to BBY with the receipt and they gave me a new one, no questions asked.

This iphone 7 case with holder is awesome! The cause in general protects the screen because of the raised lip around the edges and it also has a stand that comes out of the back so you can prop the phone up! Then on top of it, it comes with the holster with an easy snap in and out function! Highly recommend!
