I brought this for my Surface 3, since i had 1 just like it for work. I liked it so much i brought the exact same for my personal 1. It has a kickstand in the back. Its leather or like material that is thick. Protects from liquids & cracks. I definitely recommend this to others.

This is a great case for the Surface Pro 3. Looks great and keeps my Surface safe.

Protects the surface pro and can carry without additional protection.

We purchased 14 of these along with our Surface Pro 3's . The case is high quality and fit the tablet well and provides good protection and has a stand and pen holder.

This was discounted when I bought my Surface at Best Buy. I selected it without too much thought on that fact but it turns out to be a nice item that I like very much. It fits pretty well, seems well made, and has a pen holder. I do not have the surface keyboard so it offers good protection for the tablet. Plus it looks nice and doesn't feel like an economy product.

I am satisfied with this product. I wish that there would be a way to adjust the stand the same way the Surface Pro 3 does, but it is not an issue most of the time when I am at work and the Surface Pro 3 sits on a desk. I do need to remove the leather case when using the device on my lap given that the stand won't adjust well. Otherwise, the product is solid and looks professional. I carry my Surface all over the place and all people see is a professional case. It protects the tablet and it holds the pen!

The cover fits well and provides protection as well as style (plus a place to put that stylus). Placing the Surface Pro 3 in the four corner holding tabs takes a little practice, but the Surface is then held fast. One minor issue for me is that the stand feature of the Surface Pro 3 is taken over by that of the cover (which only permits one position). I will be removing the Surface from the cover each time I need to use it, and that leaves me unsatisfied with that feature.

Initially I wasn't going to get a case for my Surface but I'm very glad I did. This case is not only a very good looking case but a very functional one as well. The case it self includes a flip out stand on the back and a fold over stand using the case cover that allow you multiple angles of viewing which I make regular use of. It has two different pen sleeves as well, the inner one I use for the Surface Stylus and the outer one I use for a writing implement. The corner holders are firm but flexible enough that they are not a hassle to get on the Surface and even include an opening for an auxiliary cable should you wish to have headphones plugged in while it's in the case. It also has an opening for the camera/microphone so that you can take pictures/videos without removing it from the case. I also do feel like it offers a decent amount of protection for the surface. I've dropped it a few times inside the case and my surface has zero damage from those impacts. Overall until something better comes along I rate this as hands down the best case available for the Surface family of products.

I cannot blame the manufacturer on this one as the device requires a certain amount of venting so sleek is not really an option with then Surface Pro. That being said here are my positives: Soft, professional appearance and feel, quality manufacture, room for Microsoft keyboard expansion. Negatives: Big and heavy. Feels as though it doubles the weight. The room for keyboard expansion also makes it loose. People will have differing opinions on this as some like the keyboard. I bought this device because it is a tablet but has the operating system and functionality of a full PC. If I wanted a keyboard I would have purchased a laptop. Basically, what I am saying is I feel this cover could be lighter and sleeker. I have my reservations but enjoy the cover overall as it is the best I could find for this exceptional device.

I like this item but gave it three (3) stars because it took away some of the reasons I bought the Surface Pro 3 in the first place. Below are the good and bad as I see it: CONS: * This case made my surface pro 3 unnecessarily heavier and bulkier. * It restricts the lap-ability of my surface pro 3 to the original surface by taking away the 180 degree rest. * The keyboard band makes no sense because it cannot hold the keyboard when it is held up on the screen * It is quite hard to get the surface Pro 3 in and out. PROS: * It will protect your surface--somewhat--if it falls. * It looks professional * It has a very good hold of the surface pen * It is not overly priced

I bought this item to protect my Microsoft Surface Pro 3. It is very sturdy, and I love the stylus pen holder and kickstand. I also like that this case looks very stylish and professional.

It smells good, the colors look amazing and professional. It has protected my surface pro 3 very well. It has a pen holding area which is very secure. I am glad i bought this.

It protects the Surface Pro 3 and Type Cover and fits snugly around both. The stand included is sturdy, it has a place to hold/store the pen, and it's very attractive.

I like that this snugly holds my surface in place. Has a place for the pen and I am able to stand it up several ways without it falling. Good reasonably priced buy.

This cover does an excellent job of protecting my Pro 3 while allowing me to be professional and stylish. Sturdy and sleek. My colleagues keep asking me about it.

This platinum leather case not only looks great but protects my surface 3 well. I love the purple color. I use this at work because it looks very professional.

Works well with Surface Pro and the keyboard. Great kickstand and easy access to jacks and camera. Adds some weight, but good protection.

Removing the key board is not ideal but it protects the surface well in a quality cover that has a professional look and feel.
