I bought this for my Dad It's a pretty nice case that comes with a holster & a kickstand on the back. It's thin, lite & sturdy. The only down side is that sometimes when trying to take the case off either the top part or the bottom part gets stuck on the phone

I was able to pick this up for a great price and thought I would give it a try as it seemed less bulky than an Otterbox. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised in the ease to place/remove the case and the clip holds it snuggly but not too tight. This phone has also hit the pavement a few times and not a single scratch. Would definitely recommend to others and buy again!

I love the case, the ease of use, the light weight and the protection it provides for my Galaxy 5. I would recommend a hard case for any of these phones because the comfort level alone justifies any cost for the case.

When I bought my S5 (and at the present), a running band hasn't been released yet. Being a frequent road runner who relies on their phone for both background music and distance/ time measurement, I needed something to protect my phone, and boy has it held up. I've only dropped it once, but that once was on black top from nearly 5 feet, and resulted in not a single scratch, and the case didn't even pop off. The kickstand also proves handy too, like when doing my morning article reading over breakfast. The only problem (if you can call it that) is that removing the phone encasement is quite difficult, but if it is doing it's job, it isn't supposed to be easy, right? Overall great product that keeps up with my life, while protecting my phone.

The case is not invasive and feels good in your hand. I love the protection it offers and the tiny kick stand! Its good to have the phone protection with out the bulk well worth the price

This is the 3rd Platinum case I have purchased for a Galaxy phone. I have owned the S2, had to make an early jump to the S3 due to the S2 charging port going bad, and now on to the S5. I have had ZERO problems with these cases. All have functioned nicely. I dropped the S3 more times than I care to remember and can honestly state the phone itself had no malfunction, scratches, or other issues. The case scratched in a few places but was still decent looking and functional. This case has been great so far and I LOVE the kickstand for watching videos or setting on a counter while I use the Milk Music or Slacker Radio apps. Great purchase for the price!!

I bought the case and holster for my business phone. It is not too clunky for me. It protects the phone rather well and I have no problem accessing my phone in any reasonable situation. Overall, I think it is a good product and well worth the price.

I like the fact that Samsung was smart enough to place a "kickstand" on the rear of the Galaxy S5. i have used this many times at my desk or when i need a little more stability . I only wish that this was available when i purchased my Samsung tablet 2 years ago.

I've used the PT design for the Galaxy S3, and was looking for the same for the S5. The fit is snug and slim, allowing easy access to the S5's Achilles heel: the rather large and difficult charger port. Some may use the holster accessory, but I don't. I seldom drop the phone, but still feel confident that my phone would survive with this case. For those who drop frequently or punish their phones with other types of impacts, you may opt for the Otter box instead. For most of us, the PT design is the best compromise with functionality and protection. Go get one!

My husband bought this for his new phone. He had this same case for a previous version of the phone he got so he knew he wanted the same one. It's nice and sleek without being too bulky. It's nice for a guy too, nothing fancy or colorful.

I've dropped my phone accidentally with this case on from over 6 feet on to the road, once out of the car onto a parking lot, and the phone and case are intact. and fully functional a year later, no damage to my phone at all!

Nice case, does what its supposed to, doesn't feel overly durable so if you constantly drop your phone this isn't the case for you. The kickstand is nice but its not something I really have a use for.

I like this cover because it is slim but w/ a lot of impact protection. Trust me I have dropped my phone so many times & no problems w/ phone. I also like the kickstand on this cover just wish I could rotate it.

The matte finish looks good, and resists fingerprints well. It fits the phone well, and doesn't need to be removed when installing in the adjustable Samsung car dock. Cutouts for buttons and power are well-designed, and it works well with the clip-in belt holster. If you have a work phone as well, the holster can be a little large for use with two phones on your belt.
