I have owned several of these Platinum case/belt clip models with previous iPhone models. Loved the simplicity of the case and it has saved my phones when dropping them. I feel the belt clip on this case is a weaker design as it broke on me within the first few weeks. No way the belt clip hung up on anything. I know there are more expensive cases out there but I feel $40 bucks is still a lot to pay for plastic. Like the other reviewer I bought a leather type belt pouch and continue to use the case. I will not be buying the same case again unless the belt clip part is fixed.

I have used this case/holster daily on my iPhone 6+ for 2 1/2 years. Never had a problem ! I ordered this item for my new iPhone X and the clip broke the first day! Got a replacement from BB and now the belt clip is breaking with a stress crack. The redesign of the holster belt clip is NOT working. I ordered another brand and will feel much more comfortable wearing it. I sure hope BB/Platinum reads all these reviews (citing problems with the belt clip. DO NOT BUY. because of the POORLY redesigned belt clip.

As others have stated, the belt clip breaks. This is the second case I have bought in under 2 weeks, both have a structural defect on the clip. I have always bought Platinum products for my phone, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Now looking into other brands as I can't have a $1,100 phone surrounded by glass hitting the floor.

I love the thin case but the belt clips on my 6s, 7 and now X have all broken. I have learned my lesson and will no longer buy this case.

I've used these for years, and had only broken one previously. The belt clip on the iphone x model seems to be very weak. I got 90 days out of the first one, and the replacement has lasted for less than a week. The belt clip parts should be metal, NOT plastic... Don't buy it.

1st one was broken out of the box. Went through 3 more of them. Same issue alot of people are reporting here. Clip breaking. Junk! I had one for my Iphone 6s+. All was good. Not these. Wish I could give it a - * rating

Holster clip broke 3 times while under warranty. Last time was while I was putting it on in the store for first time. The hinge is thin plastic part that breaks easily. I have switched to another brand.
