I bought two for use as travel shields for LED lights used in video production. And they fit my iPad perfectly.

Great sleeve to use with smart cover

The smart cover keeps my iPad from becoming too bulky, but I like the security of putting it in this sleeve for added protection. I also like the zipped pocked, which can hold my charging cord.

Durable Exterior, Soft Interior

ASUS ZenPad S 8.0 fits very nicely. Also have larger version of this sleeve for my Surface Pro 3. Both fit in the sleeves with attached covers also.
