The PlayStation 5 is an absolute delight! Its stellar performance, spacious storage, and the phenomenal DualSense controller make it a 5-star gaming experience. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

When I entered BestBuy my intention was to buy an Xbox. After speaking with Markhal, who by the way is Awesome, about how I wanted to get back into gaming so that my family and I can still connect and have fun playing games even though now I no longer leave near them. We decided the PS5 was by “Best Buy”. So far I am very pleased. I like the feel and functions of the new controller which was a concern with me. I didn’t like the feel of the older controllers which was one reason I was initially set on buying an Xbox. Though I’m not crazy about the size and that it’s white. It screams look at me. Markhal informed me I can buy different skins to change the color. So I no regrets about purchasing this system and would recommend it to anyone who ask my opinion.

the ps5 is a good console for your average gamer, plus the fact you can add extra storage by removing the covers and installing an ssd is great! the customizability of the covers too adds a more of a personal touch to make the ps5 feel like its yours. the adaptive triggers in the controller and design itself is also fire

I have tried 2 games. God of war : ragnarok and horizon forbidden west. So far, the graphics in these games is amazing. The console does not heat at all, and the controller is amazing with the new haptic feedback.

It’s a runs perfectly and smoothly. Never had an issue and no problem occurred. Storage could be bigger but I already had a hard drive so it’s all good. Would recommend

The PS5 is a powerful gaming console. I love the immersive DualSense controller's haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. While the base model is a great value, the PS5 offers superior performance, especially in enhanced games, but its benefits may not be significant for everyone.

So I surprised my fiancé with this PS5 on Father’s Day . And the employees helped, I told my fiancé we were picking up a gps tracker and him and my song walked around the store so I told the guy behind the counter to act like I forgot my i.d and I had to use my fiancés I.d and so my fiancé came up there and he thought they were going to hand him a gps but handed him his PlayStation . It was great . The employees made it fun . Thanks so much Best Buy

The best gaming console since the PS4. Love how blazing fast the PS5 starts up games especially Spiderman 2, and the dualsense 5 controller is revolutionary. 10/10

I love it. The PS5 has wonderful graphics. It has a much faster processor. Also the upgrades to the controller makes the experience of gaming a lot more fun and interactive.

it is a very good console i did have an issue with the first ps5 i had bought that would overheat and shut off out of no where but this one is way better

This system has all the hype for a reason. Looks great, feels great, runs great, definitely worth it. There was a noticeable difference playing my first PS5 game after playing PS4 for so long.

My son purchased the PS 5 & has loved it since he purchased it. He paired the PS 5 with a new monitor a Samsung Odyssey Neo series that just came out around the same time at the PS 5. Together they make the ultimate gaming experience. The graphics run very smoothly & there isn't any lag time. The controller is very similar to the previous PS models. He plays it every chance he gets. The PS 5 has another great concept in that you can personalize the cover to your own style & favorite colors. It's not just the controllers that can be personalized now.

The PS5 is awesome! I have had a ps4 for over 4 years and it was time to upgrade. And we’ll it’s totally worth it. Graphics are amazing, the speed on the console is crazy!

Great system. Comes with 1 Controller. Very easy to set up and use. Spent many hours Playing games and watching Netflix and YouTube.

PS5 disc version is the perfect PS5 if your a collector and like physical copies of your games . The system loads super fast and works great with a Hdmi 2.1 tv . Only think the ps5 lacks is larger storage.

Great Product. Bought my Wife a digital since she mostly plays Fortnite and myself this one since I own quite a bit of disc games. Super fast loading speeds compared to a PS4, and a great controller.

Excellent - specially when you manage to get an open box. Mine didn't come with a good Power cable, but I had another one laying around. Swapped those out and it was like brand new. Since it was open box, I didn't get the pretty white box with it but that is fine. Great deal nonetheless.... If you want to do ANYTHING online, you WILL need a PSPlus subscription, which was something that I didn't remember right away.... The DualSense Controller battery is horrible, lasting only a few hours per charge (unless you tune everything from sound to rumble down to the minimum...)
