Buying the PS5 was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a gamer. The graphics are incredibly realistic, and the performance is smooth and buttery. I love the new PS5, the controller has amazing haptics, the console itself is super light, and the overall performance is just fabulous. Only things to consider would be the 1tb of storage. Other than that it’s awesome

I had an issue with my PS5 package getting lost during delivery, but Best Buy’s customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the problem. They tracked the package and arranged for me to pick it up the very next day at my local store. When I got the PS5, it was brand new, undamaged, and in perfect working condition.
