If you have a PS4 and do not have PS+, you really are doing yourself a disservice. It pays for itself just with the games and extras they give you. Now it is true that if your PS+ membership expires, you can't play the games they've given you. However, it is well worth being a member just for those benefits and discounts. I've found many games I love simply because Sony was offering them to me free, that I normally would not have spent money on.

This subscription saves you so much money. You have a ton of demos you can download for free, every month there are new games you can download for free (1 a month). Definitely pays for itself quickly, they alos have a lot of sales in their store to offer you.

Having in mind that you will get discounts and lots of games during the year credited to your account... It's worth to buy. BTW: You MUST buy this in order to play online game modes or any other PlayStation Plus Subscription.

it gives you discounts on things in the PS store, multiplayer access in games that support it, and Sony lets you try a couple of different games free each month if you're interested. I think it's a reasonable value.

Purchased this with the PS4 console and glad that we did! The price was discounted and it is necessary for online gaming, which is used frequently.

PS Plus now offers what Sony has dubbed, "Your Instant Game Collection." As soon as you become a member of PS Plus, you are guaranteed a catalog of 12 games, retail and downloadable for the duration of your membership. New games are rotated in each month so you never have to worry about getting bored. To be clear, it isn't 12 new games each month; you have access to 12 games a month. Some of the games as of this review include Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Just Cause 2, and Pac Man: Championship Edition DX to name a few. That's not to mention the discounts of 10, 20, up to 50% off games and other content each week! This is something you should really consider getting.

The PS Plus membership is now required (on the PS4) to play multiplayer games online, but the membership does far more than that. The two free games every month alone totally makes it worth it. I have a PS3 as well, so I'm actually getting four free games a month.

It's not a bad way to start out with a ps plus if your new to the console. It gives you in free cool little games and now an then some great discounts on games. I only wish they had more options of free games to pick from instead of 2 or 3 games available. But that doesn't take away from the Great discounts PS Plus has to offer.

when i switched to ps4 i was a little disappointed that i HAD to have a playstation plus membership to play online, but now that i have it i dont know how i ever lived with out it. its worth every penny for all the extra perks u get for being a member.

In order to get full advantage of the PS4, it is almost necessary to have playstation plus. At least buying through best buy makes it so you don't have to enter your credit card info into the playstation network.

Seriously? Why would you pass up a chance to get 12 months of free games? In the Two months I have had my Playstation I have downloaded 6 and they did not cost a dime. You are a fool if you do not get this.

Probably one of the best online systems out there. Probably not as good as xbox live, but still amazing. They NEED to make it almost hack-proof, because many people were very disappointed by the hacks of lizard squad and hopefully that never happens again :)

I purchased the subscription in-store and not only did they print the code on the receipt but I received an email also, just in case, Some of the free games on the PS+ have been awesome so far.

For about the cost of a single game PlayStation Plus offers countless free games all year long! Not to mention access to so many other discounts and exclusive offers. PlayStation Plus Rocks!

Signed up for it when I purchased my PS4 suite. Free games and additions to add. Gives discounts on many games. If you're a huge gamer don't miss the opportunity and get PS plus!

Gaming on the PS4 couldn't be any better! So glad I invested in the PSP membership. Free game downloads and other great things, couldn't have spent my money on anything better!

I know it's hard to want to pay for a subscription for a gaming console, but the offers of free games and other things has already almost paid for itself within a month.

This is a must my son lives it allowes him to play online wit other ppl. You can access movies from sites like net flex, search the web,you tube an many other sites

This is a must for any PS4 owner. Not only does it give you access to online play with most games, but you get a couple free games each month from PSN.
