Had some problems receiving code

I had previously bought a digital game from Best Buy and I received the download code in about 20 minutes. I bought this around 10pm and didn't receive the code right away. No big deal, went to bed. Didn't come all day the next day... so that night I had to call customer support who was able to send me an email containing the code. Only took about 10 minutes after calling them to get the email so that was nice. I wouldn't recommend buying this download code from Best Buy if you're in a hurry. It seems hit or miss on how fast you'll get the code.

Boy was I wrong. Sony got smart, but I wish it was still free as this was a big plus over XBOX.
