I would give it less than 1 star if I could. My kid has been trying to claim his $100 now from Sony, but they continously tell me that it cannot be redeemed. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with Sony, gone through 3 case numbers, 4 emails and now it's February and my kid still doesn't have the $100 on his account for money I spent back in December. DON'T BUY THESE GIFT CARDS! It's not worth it! As of right now, I'm still out $100.00

This was my first time getting a playstation card physically sent and the last. Tried to put the funds in my account and it said the funds were already used. I went back to best buy and they told me to contact Playstation. Playstation issued me a new card, but the inconvenience was not worth it. I'm just going to stick to email delivered cards.

I WOULD NOT ORDERED ANY GIFT CARDS ONLINE FROM BEST BUY. I placed order on April 6th it arrived on April 12th. Before I opened the package it was cut and when I went to get the package the top of the lid had a tear like it was open. The Gift card was stolen tried everything with Best buy customer service and did not do DAMP THING FOR ME. I would not purchase on line physically go to t store to buy and make sure you check your package and the card.

Had no code inside the package. Contacted Bestbuy for assistance, but they would not bother whatsoever, because my request for my purchased code was inside the damaged item. Never buying again

I purchased a 100 gift card for my son and it was unusabke.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Best Buy sent the card un-activated. They never told me. I spent over 30 minutes on hold with PlayStation. Then 50 minutes on a call with Best Buy. Only to be told-WE CAN’T activate your card-you have a bad serial number. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND BUY YOUR CARDS AT TARGET!!!

Only bought this because I was buying credit anyways and was going to get the headphones, but they were broken. Ended up returning and getting a digital code instead.

Gift card came with a little cheap set, like the ones you get on planes. Dont expect anything special, but they are free so no complaints.
