    The code on the gift card is not working. Cant get help from best buy or playstation. Both say contact the other party, nothing we can do. So frustrating!!!!!!!!

    I don't know why, but the PSN card was not activated at the store level when it was delivered to me so I had to contact support a few times to get it to work. The included headphones are good enough for gaming but terrible for music listening.

    Excellent bonus with the earbuds! This will be a gift so not sure the quality of the earbuds. But it is a nice addition.

    Delivered and not activated Called and transferred to 6 different people and still didn’t work Have to take to store and see if they can reissue a card

    Card was never activated before shipping!!! I was so embarrassed as this was a gift for someone and couldn’t redeem it because Best Buy never activated it!!! Very poor
