I bought this docking station about a month ago. Seemed great at first, but the last few days it'll randomly disconnect from my three screens, and then it'll reconnect right away. But today it actually froze two of my screens while allowing me to keep working on the 3rd screen. It stayed frozen until I unplugged the docking stations power. I hooked power back up and it seems ok for now. But Something has to be messed up in the docking station, if it was a cord only one screen would act up. Its a lot of money to get 3 week out of it... I'm going to look for another product to replace it.

Seems to work fine. I have noticed that one of my monitors occasionally doesn't get recognized, but a quick unplug/plug of the USB-C connection to my laptop solves the problem
