Easy to use. My face feels so soft after. I use it once a week and my pores look better and my skin seems to have improved greatly.

There was a little bit of a learning curve for me so I'd definitely recommend starting on the lightest setting with the most sensitive disk. But now that I've gotten the hang of it, it works great at smoothing out any uneven texture and making my face feel super smooth. The pore extractor doesn't work for me, even after steaming my face and using the highest setting, but it's still overall a great product.

Poor rating because this product is only good for oily skin. Would prefer to have this product for dry skin as well. Unfortunately, had to return it before even trying to use.
