Purchased for an old iMac upgrade but didn't work.

Worst customer service ever

The sales person that sold me this memory had no knowledge about memory. I went to return the memory unopened and suffered the utmost poorest customer service at the Tysons Corner location. The store manager has yet to call me. Best Buy is terrible.
