Added to an old netbook that I upgraded to windows 7 from the starter edition. Runs fairly well, the performance difference is noticeable when browsing the web. Upgraded from 1 to 2 GBs.

Installed in my HP MINI LAPTOP and it took 5 minutes to install.

My old HP laptop was running super slow after upgrading to Windows 7 due to insufficient memory. Replaced the 1GB memory chip with this one, and voila - laptop is running great!

Honestly, I purchased this to upgrade by RAM to eight, not knowing that I didn't have any available slots left. So in a sense, I should've gotten a 4GB DDR2 instead of a 2GB. Price was fair, product opened, 3-stars to keep it rating at average.

The PNY memory improved my laptop's speed. Before I installed two of these memory cards, my laptop was so slow that I didn't like using it. It was super easy to install too!

I was at the local Apple store to get more memory for my Mac operating system. They didn't have any and sent me to the local Best Buy store saying they would probably have it. Into Best Buy I went. I needed 6 GB the they only had 2 GB. The price was fair, the service was good. I'd go back.

Upgraded my grandson's netbook from 2gb to 4gb memory to enable him to load and play games he could not get to function properly with 2gb memory. The upgrade seems to have helped so far.

I have found that it works better than the ram I had installed... Works great with Linux and with the hp pavilion dv6500

This product met my expectations. It is doing as well with my laptop and performing the way it should be. I would recommend this product if you will need this amount of memory added to your laptop. Had my laptop repaired at geek squad because it was really very slow and sometimes freeze. They recommended to replace the memory because the old one is broken. I have always trusted them and bought this product as recommended. So far I am very satisfied with this new replacement.

So thankful my Toshiba laptop was so easily opened from the bottom and click a new GB card in. The memory works great and my computer is faster.

Positive - adding memory rescued an old favorite laptop that was headed for the trash. Negative - USPS shipping takes a week from California to Texas. Compatibility - it looks like two pieces of memory with the exact same description and speed but different brands were not compatible. If you run into this, send a pic of both sides of the existing memory to the vendor. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about substituting something that would work.

Geek squad crew installed this device so my laptop would have more ram. My older laptop now runs like new.

This 2 gb really helped with increasing my laptops speed. More memory is always a good thing, plus it was at a great price.

If your laptop is moving slow or your screen freezes up a lot get one of these make sure laptop takes this kind if it does the money spent is well worth it.
