Needed a decently sized solid-state drive to host a dualbooting desktop rig of mine and upon reading some reviews, the 240GB PNY CS2211 looked pretty attractive at the price point. Took a chance by moving away from my usual SSD stalwarts, SanDisk and Samsung, and tried the PNY. The drive has been absolutely trouble-free and highly performant for the weeks I've had it. The accessory kit included a little shim if needed (in a laptop) and some cloning software and directions (unnecessary in my case.) The warranty seems pretty reasonable, and so all-in-all, this may be my first positive PNY experience. I'm not a huge fan of PNY as a RAM manufacturer - but I'm warming up to their SSD line, for sure, and Best Buy seem to have hit the sweet spot with their pricing. Happy.

With my computer being about 7 years old, I looked into a solid state drive when my current hard drive was having issues. Installation was easy. You may need an adaptor tray because of how small the ssd is. I just used Velcro to secure it. My old computer is now much faster. The Acronis migration software did not work for me however.

The PNY CS2211 is a noticeable step-up in performance from the older CS1100 that I had but still not quite as fast as the competing drives: SanDisk Ultra II, Samsung EVO 850, Intel 535, or Toshiba Q Series Pro drives that I've used in other computers. Buy this SSD if you want better performance than a rotational hard drive, but look at other options for die-hard performance such as high-framerate gaming.

I bought this for my ps4, I swapped it out within minutes, loaded the software and was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. This drive has fantastic speed and i saw performance gains of over 20% on load times for the witcher lowered. I have not tested other games but so far so good.

Fast SSD easily replaced standard hard drive. quieter, quicker and more reliable.

I needed a bigger SSD as the one I had originally used when building my system was only a 64GB, and after a bunch of updates, I needed more space. The best thing about this drive was that it comes with a code to download Acronis, which I would have otherwise been buying. It made it extremely simply to attach this drive first as an external, and clone my main drive to it. Once it was done, I simply swapped drives, easy peasy. Would definitely recommend, especially with the added value of the software.

This SSD works really well inside of my new computer build. I bought two of these and will raid 0 the drives for even more performance

Installed in an 2013 year model AMD FX quad core computer. The SSD breathed new life into this computer! It not boots, responds and does many tasks faster than the 2015 i3 desktop we purchased. Replace the Spinning HD with an SSD and let your computer fly!

Was installed in an older Lenovo Thinkcentre and works flawlessly.

I bought this hard drive to upgrade my 2009 MacBook Pro. I also upgraded the operating system to El Capitan. My computer barely worked for email and web browsing prior to the upgrade. This was in part due to the out-of-date operating system. I use my computer for email, web browsing, Adobe CS6 and Microsoft Office. I don't do any gaming. My computer is working great now!

This one was a little more difficult to get working than the one I installed in my laptop. I have a one TB hard drive and this is a 250 GB SSD. I thought I only had about 120 GB used on the hard drive. The included Acronis cloning software copied multiple drives to the SSD (I think maybe additional partitions were created when I upgraded to WIN 10), and basically overloaded the SSD and it wouldn't work. I then tried Macrium Reflect cloning software (free), and only cloned the C drive partition. This worked fine. My desktop now initializes much, much faster! I kept the 1 TB drive for programs and files.

Swapped the hard drive in two year old laptop with this, and the difference is day and night. Boots up in seconds and programs open almost instantly.

Used this to upgrade my laptop, the process went smooth no problems. This upgrade speeds up a computer more than anything else you can do.

I have this installed on my new pc build. Cold boot start time is 10 seconds. I really love this ssd and might buy another one really soon.

I was looking for a fast MLC drive at a reasonable price, and decided to give it a try. It's amazing drive, I am very happy with it!

I bought a Toshiba Satellite E45W-C4200X laptop from my sister-in-law that was only a few months old that she didn't like for whatever reason. It worked just fine, but had a HDD. I swapped it out with this SSD and now the laptop boots up incredibly fast! I did have trouble with the Acronis software that came with it for cloning, but that was probably because I was going from a larger HDD to a smaller SSD. I ended up using Macrium Reflect that allowed me to partition the drives correctly.

I really love these PNY SSD's and hope PNY continues to produce products as great as these! Very fast and very reliable!!!

I've been a huge fan on PNY's TLC drives. They're fast, cool, and great upgrades for a great price. This guy is so close to the TLC's price that it's hard to pass up! MLC NAND cells tend to last longer and read faster than TLC, which makes this drive better. I installed this in a desktop build recently and with fastboot on, it was nearly immediate boot. This is a great drive.

I wanted to speed up my laptop. I purchased this SSD and my performance increased about 5 times in speed, I have a Toshiba i5 with 6gig. It was an excellent choice to increase the performance. Boot time is about 17 seconds.

Excellent build quality. Easy installation and provides exceptionally fast boot time on Windows 10.
