My only complaint is that 1TB might not be enough space for your desired use. For reference, that's barely enough to hold my install of Skyrim and the accompanying 10,000 mods.

The part was ordered, installed, & we were back in business in a couple days. As senior citizens we are pretty tech deficient & appreciate the expertise of all the tech reps we have dealt with.

HDD to SSD Clone

I cloned the SSD from the laptop HDD using EaseUS Todo. It was a snap. Installed the M.2 SSD in an external case and changed the boot sequence. Everything moved: operating system, apps, data, etc.
