I originally bought this flash drive for my 5th gen. 32GB iPod touch because, It was getting low on storage. The flash drive was easy to transfer files to and the app that you use on you device was also easy to use. The one problem I had with the flash drive was that the iPods EQ settings have no effect on the music you play on the flash drive. I use the EQ settings on my iPod to make up for low bass response with a lot of music listen to. If the app that you use with the flash drive had some sort of EQ or bass boost when you listen to music on it, it probably would have worked out just fine. If you don't use EQ while listening to music or you just need more storage for pictures, than this flash drive will work great for you.

I would totally recommend this product to anyone. Whenever I switch out phones or I want to load my pictures from my phone onto my computer I just connect this little device and it does the great job my power points that I create on my iPad and load onto this little guy and put on my computer at work this is a totally awesome device.

This little device makes it easy to transfer photos, and docs from iPhone to PC, or vice versa. Also serves as back up storage of photos, albums, videos, etc. One hint, though- not sure about Android, but if using with an iPhone, you will need the free .heic format converter available in the App Store. It will convert the iPhone photos from their native .heic format to .jpeg, so you will be able to open, edit, and save them on your PC. At least, that’s what I had to do in order to open the transferred files on my HP Spectre.

After some failed attempts to use other lightning storage options for iPhone, this Duo-Link drive was a nice choice. It offers easy transfer options to/from the iPhone & laptop. The iPhone app is straightforward and relatively easy to use. The only minor issue is that the app does not support more video file types and requires usIng another product/app to access certain file types, such as mpgs. VLC works fine to access these files, but it would be nice to not need other apps. Overall though, it is a good option and does what it advertises.

Very easy to use, no guess at all. Just download app for that usb then plug in usb to bottom of iPhone then follow screen instruction which is easy to just click which one u want to download like pictures and documents into storage area, when tap then ok. It’s realy to downloading for u and no worry till it’s done. Then it’s done and ready in storage for use computer plug in usb to pick up pictures and documents there. Cool.

Found instructions a bit too difficult to navigate, went back to store and a very kind worker, (Joseph), after fiddling around with it (and instructions) was likewise baffled, finally, downloaded from internet additional instructions which were a bit more thorough was able to at least take a simple pictures and save to this device, (which was/is a top reason for purchase). Although the device indeed backs up pictures also from your iPhone, directions not clear. If you simply want to take pictures with it and store to this device, fine, if you want to utilize it’s other really neat features, well, might be a challenging for non technical folks. But I decided to keep it because of the key ability of it to at least take pictures and save to device. It was difficult for me to rate product because I REALLY, REALLY LIKE what it can do but probably not using all of the neat features because of difficulty in operating instructions. -PC

This is a great backup and storage device to use with your IPhone. If you don’t have the storage or time to backup to your computer, this is a must have to keep everything on, and if you want to put it in your computer later, it just plugs in to the USB port and downloads. Definitely would recommend to buy.

This product is very easy to use and it frees up space on your phone. It’s great when you are traveling. You can download books and movies on it and not use up space on your phone. Back up your contacts and photos. I purchased this one for some friends that were visiting from overseas. I downloaded all the photos and videos I had taken of our trip/visit for them to bring back with them.

Great for backing up phone contents in one setting to save them in the old fashioned traditional method . I employ several options to make sure photos are still around in decades for future family (cloud, hard drive, optical ) . It’s simple , download the app , and enjoy . Works great for the price it’s a value .

It’s compact and easy to carry. The gig is high and the price is low for what it’s really worth.

It’s super handy for transferring between iPhone, iPad, and computer, and it works great set up was easy. There was really nothing to it. There are so many online platforms these days, but being able to just load up my presentations or documents and go is so nice. This does exactly that. I’m no longer restricted to only a few ways to transfer my documents for use.

i bought this product to easily be able to transfer items between my iPad, iPhone, Chromebook and work laptop, it has been fabulous! I'm often doing a lot fo work on the go and have to use a mobile device to access files or create them and it lets me keep everything in one spot

Easy to save airdropped files to my iphone and transfer to the duolink. Have purchased mutiple times because they work so well that i gave to each of my coworkers. 5 stars.

This was a purchase for an older iPhone with not a lot of storage space (6s 16GB). However, this product was able to offer an app + usb plug (direct to the iPhone 6s) and helped to offload images to the usb device. Then, plugging the usb 3.0 side into the computer/laptop, was able to offload the images to the computer/laptop. Can't put a price on protecting and backing up personal images/photos.

I bought the Duo-link to take with me to Indonesia. I wanted to take a lot of photos, but not clog up my iPhone or iPad. This thing worked great, it was really easy to use and I could download my photos and videos in seconds. Clearing up space to take more the next day. I bought a bigger one later, left this one in Indonesia with family.

I actually have two of these flash drives and I like be them! They are super easy to use and work wonderfully! On one I have all my recipes that I transferred off my computer to it and then I can take my iPad to the kitchen and pull them up on it using the flashdrive. I also have one that has movies and tv series on it that I watch on my iPad!

After trying multiple cables and other google searhces, I came across this little gem. Easy to use as you plug into your phone, download the app and a few taps later you are transferring photos and video.. I was able to do this from the couch and not have to be connected to a computer which was nice. Interface is a little tricky as it broke my photos into categories (instagram, disney, etc) and if I took a photo at Disney and posted to twitter, the photo was in both categories, so when I copied a folder it would tell me there was a duplicate in there. Took a little while to sift thru the duplicates, as long as you don't delete the items from the phone before verifying their transfer, it should be okay.

Excellent gadget. Finally a reliable way of swapping files between iPhone and external media, especially for large files. Easy to use. I keep it me all the time. Good quality. If anything, I would have preferred a more flexible (softer) cable for the iPhone connector.

My phone was acting up and I needed to transfer my photos. This little device worked very well!
