Just what I needed

convenient device

The device does feel flimsy and one end or the other stays stuck out with no protection. I got it on sale and feel it was worth it at that price.

A most useful tool
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Duo-Link is a flash drive with two connectors: one for A Computer (USB) and one for ipad/iphone (Lightning). This literally makes it possible to transfer files from any computer to any apple device and back. The app provided by PNY makes all of this possible. The app works as well as the Duo-Link. I would recommend this with no reservations.

Poor Support

For in touch with the company and they said I needed to go to a windows computer and try updating it. Well, all I have are Apple products so no luck there. The said they would get back to me when they found a solution. No luck there either. So I bought a Scan Disk. My phone didn't recognize it either, but when I went to Scan Disks website the noted it was a bug in iOS. But.....the iOS beta would work. As I have had betas before .... I installed the beta & it worked. If only PNY could have told me that I would have kept it.

Poor design

It has no cover, so one connection is exposed at all times, leaving it susceptible to damage. It also will not fit my iPhone without removing the case. It might be a good product if these flaws were corrected.

I love this great little device

I bought 64 GB version and now can carry my movies, photographs and music with me on my trips. No more space problems on my iPhone or iPad. My better half loves it so much that I bought one for her too.
