Claims USB 3.0 speeds, but according to CrystalDiskMark, only achieves around 25 MB/s writes (read speeds are a more respectable ~130 MB/s). While copying a single large file in Windows 10 using Explorer, the file copy will frequently come to a complete stop, which seems to be a deliberate throttle mechanism. I have to wonder if it's thermal throttling, or it's a defective thermal throttle as the unit doesn't seem to get very hot. Either way, poor quality, poor performance, and I tried multiple units to ensure it wasn't a one-off QC issue.

PNY offers a drive with 4x the amount of storage for 2x the price. It won’t improve the impact but certainly a better value.
