As this USB drive is an official Lego product, the two pieces look and function like most other Lego bricks in existence. The blue piece contains the USB drive, with a sliding knob on the bottom to slide out the USB connectors from the short side of the brick. Regardless of position, the blue brick can still attach to the included standard red brick. The red brick would seem excessive, but is used to protect the sliding switch when not in use, and then stored on top of the blue brick while in use (unless it gets in the way of inserting the drive, like on my printer). Kids love it too!, just keep them from mixing it their bricks or you may never see it again!

Easy to use. Very colorful and fun. Holds a lot of Information. Comes with extra block. Same size as Legos.

I received this as a semi-gag gift at Christmas because my wife knows I absolutely love Legos, so the look of the thumb drive elicits childlike glee whenever I use it. Plus, the 16Gb is a good size to hold important documents and other files. Setting it up with the blue Lego piece on the bottom allows one to secure the portion of the drive that goes into the USB port of the computer either out when in use or in when not in use and sitting on one's desk, preventing little fingers of kids who seem to inherently love Leos to break off that piece of the drive.

I thought the PNY Legoe USB Flash Drive would be fun to use. With a 16 gig memory, it also seemed useful. Since my daughter, a freshman in college, got a hold of it, I have not been able to test it myself... it's on her keychain. She loves it and uses it for all her notes and school documents. I really wish I had another one.

Works great was cheap really small really cool it's a Lego a real Lego u could go secret agent and put something on it and put it in something u built no one would know but it awsome sweet lil flash drive u to store work manuel and diagnosis and other junk was like 9 dollars

It works well enough, but the draw here is that it's a Lego brick. If you ever get bored enough to do it, you could use several of these in a Lego creation to build things. Like a fortress of storage, as an example.

I was looking for a bigger memory flash drive to replace my 8GB. I couldn't find any that I can afford until I found this PNY Lego 16GB USB Flash Drive. It was prefect! The price is great! And it work. I love it!

I got these as Christmas gifts for friends and they both loved them. The blue and red lego piece are combined to make the flash drive. One of them serves as protective cover. Very light and so far no problems with the drive itself.

Fun drive. Exactly as described. Very clever design, and encourages you put LEGO bricks at your work desk. I would highly recommend if you need a cheap flash drive to play around with. Not a performance flash drive.

Great design for use in a classroom. Kids may not remember to pull regular USB drives but they will sure remember to take their Legos with. Adding a mini-carabiner to snap to backpacks would make it even better.

I bought several of these as well as the 8GB ones for my "gift stash". They are very small, so they don't take much space to store, and they are very light, so it doesn't cost much to send them by mail to friends and relatives abroad. While USB drives are universally useful objects, most of them seem a bit too boring and utilitarian to qualify as gifts. There are some novelty ones, but usually they are unbranded and one cannot be sure of the quality. It's nice to see that these are made by PNY. Everyone loves LEGO and these are very packaged nicely.

and of course the price was reasonable for a 16 GB flash drive with lego character that my kid wanted badly because he is a lego fan.

Flash drive worked well and is easy to spot on a cluttered desk. It is small and is protected when not in use.

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it's a fantastic little USB drive. It's great quality, and is actual usable Lego (which caused him to want to somehow attach a spaceship to it, which in turn spawned a Lego shopping spree so BEWARE!) ;) The USB part slides out of one of the Lego bricks, which I was worried about at first as it's thin, but it's quite sturdy and well made. It's a great product; would/will buy again!

Small and cute, the little string it comes with to tie it to something is a bit small tho.

The shape is cute and speed is fine, enough for daily use.

This Thumb drive averages faster read/write than most budget usb 2.0 devices. I have writes of 12/mb and reads of 26/mb. The chassis is almost genuine LEGO. You can attach to any part and continue the system. Works great with LEGO keychains. The slide is easy to use unless you have really weak hands.

Works well thus far. I'm a bit disappointed that the tether is on the USB side of the brick combo as it would've been nice to stow the USB brick *onto* a tethered brick; would be easier for my kid to have a place to keep it always. It's a bit pricey for a 16gb unit, but your kid will love it if they're in to LEGO at all.
