    *DO NOT* re-format to NTFS if you wish to use on multiple OS files. Leave it as the FAT32 it ships with. This little 16gb unit has pretty fast response time.

    I don't back up data every week and I managed to lose a great deal of information when this flash drive simply decided to stop working after only three months. It worked this morning when I "safely removed hardware" and then didn't work this afternoon when I needed to load my lecture. It's no longer recognized by any computer. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product and the Geek Squad solution I was given today: "Well, they just die sometimes."

    A co-worker and I both purchased one of these memory sticks and within a 3-month time both have died. In each case it worked well and then just stopped being recognized by ANY computer. For mine, I've tried several Windows and Mac OS computers with no success. Any data is essentially lost. Save yourself the heartache and buy a different brand / model of Memory stick.
