The flash drive is so small that almost all of it inserts into the USB port. So there is no way to attach a piece of label maker tape to it to label which one of several you have purchased it is. It does come with a lanyard and has a hole into which you can hook the lanyard and then attach the lanyard to a piece of plastic that you could cut out of some package that you might have and then attach the label maker tape to that. So far it has been working fine at its essential function of storing data and it is reasonably easy to plug into and unplug from the computer.

This micro flash drive looks good, but the clip at the end of it broke after the first use of pulling out of my laptop.

Love this device. I am a real estate agent. This drive allows me to store all my transactions and contact information on the go. Keep it in my notebook computer all the time and fits into the carry-on bag, without risking damaging the USB slot such as the longer one may do. Also, I don't quite trust the cloud functions yet, and this drive allows me mobility.

I like the size of this flash drive and am amazed you can fit so much storage in such a small space. It is portable and does the job well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing small, convenient storage and is the perfect size to save your music on to use in your car. Very low profile

I was shopping around for a good USB flash drive to store music for my Kenwood car-fi stereo. I needed to use it between the car radio and my Mac to hold all these files, and 16GB was going to be perfect for this. This was one out the many in this price range, with the many colors, styles and shapes to choose from. I did like the idea that when you plug this in, you practically can't even see it. The end is just a flat, smooth cap, with just enough plastic on the end to pull it out. This works great for the side of laptops, where you can keep it in all the time, even when you put it in a storage bag. Fortunately, this model has a small loop/hook that lets you connect it to a keychain or a necklace, because, if it's just sitting on a desk, sofa, car seat, etc it's so extremely small, I can see this getting lost very easily. The best bet is to keep it in it's USB socket most of the time! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing small, convenient storage, but also warn anyone to be careful not to lose it due to it's small size.

I am a phographed. I use flash drives all the time. I have recently run into problems with some of the flash drives that have sliding mechanisms or are too bulky to place in a thank you card. This flash drive is great because it has no moving parts, is sleek and small enough to fit into a card, and has a chord to put it on your keychain. It's a good deal.

It is what it is - cheap, slow, runs hot, but gets the job done. The price relative to the performance/size/form factor is a reasonable trade-off when it's on sale (I paid a little over seven bucks after tax). If you need speed, you'll want to spend the extra on a USB3 version.

I still can't get over how tiny this thing is! 16GB never looked so trim. And it works perfectly for on-the-go file transfers...now I just have to make sure I don't misplace it.

This is a perfect profile to set it and forget it. This size USB flash drive is quite handy to insert into USB port and configure for ReadyBoost. Although not a substitute for physical RAM, there are some performance benefits to adding ReadyBoost-enabled flash memory. Windows 7 64 bit OS can handle more, but 16GB is sufficient. This device is so small that I can leave it plugged into my laptop even when I am getting it in and out of the carrying case. For years, it seems that the price point for flash memory has been about $1 per GB, so this cost me about half of that. Good to go.

Best thing about this flash drive is the low price and really small size. Got this 32GB flash drive for $13.99 and its very small. Wish it were 3.0 flash drive but then it probably wouldn't be priced so low.

Got this for my nieces xbox 360 4gb. the 16gb stick is super slim, worked perfect for the xbox 360 to ensure she has plenty of space for updates and user profiles. was concerned about hulu plus and netfix plus her games not having enough space and this was the perfect solution because it is so small you don't have to worry about moving around the xbox and breaking a larger usb drive. Tip: the xbox 360 only recognizes up to 16GB usb drives currently. for the price you CAN NOT BEAT THIS!

Very small flash drive with big storage space (16GB). Enough space for photos and movies and very compact for travel.

I got this 16GB USB drive using my Best Buy rewards point. The drive itself is very small and works perfectly with my MacBook Air and Office Windows desktop. I mainly purchased this small drive to use it in my car for playing songs. It fits the car USB port perfectly and because of its small size reduces the chance of knocking it out accidentally.

I wanted the smallest flash drive possible to hold music for my in-dash car stereo. This has worked out perfectly. It works flawlessly and I don't have a big honking device hanging out from my stereo. I highly recommend these flash drives over any other unless you are looking to add a large appendage to your computer, radio, or whatever.

Do you want a flash drive that is impressive in both style and capacity? I recommend the PNY Micro Metal. The attractive brushed metal casing is much more visibly pleasing than most plastic models. 16GB is great for a device used on the go. The only things I'd change on drives like this one is keep increasing the storage size and somehow add just a little more weight for that balance of growing crazy storage size and a device with substance.

I bought this USB drive for my home lab, got esxi loaded onto it, works great. Now i can use my hard drive for additional storage. I also have another older micro drive for my xbox and it hasn't failed on me yet. I only like using these for flash drives that I will not be plugging and unplugging alot

This usb thumb drive was purchased to use with my car stereo. I was having problems with normal sized drives rattling and having erratic operation. This smaller drive took care of both of the problems for me. It has performed in a very satisfactory way. ;-/
