For around the same price you can get a slightly beefier GTX 750ti GPU. Altho ideal for most applications not everyone has time to wait for a courier. At 50 dollars you can get a GT 610 which is dangerously under powered for most gamers. But I found myself in a tight spot and need to ditch an old GT 210 I had in one of my older builds. -GT 740 to the rescue!- Inexpensive and available NOW. Run down to the shop and have it home and installed in time for a marathon 6 hour buildfest in StarMade. And there's where I stop complaining about the price. PNY makes durable stuff. This reference style GT 740 is no different. The extra 20 you pay for convenience and durability is well worth it. It won't win any blue ribbons at the LAN party but it will save your bacon from scrub-ware ridicule. Just go easy on the kid using Intel HD Graphics to run Minecraft, kay? Because you're not doing that much better. All you really have on them is that snazzy extra 2gb of DDR3. Which is nice.

this is a fairly nice graphics card for users playing games on a slim line computer. the back plate is changeable to convert from a taller back plate to 2 smaller height back plates. Not many graphics card have this feature. I purchased for a friend, and will probably purchase more for other slim line computers I also own.

Replaced failed card, good graphics, highly recommend.

Wasn't looking for the top of the line video card , but something of great quality to put into a work computer. With the 3 outputs was able to use the HDMI and the DVI output for great quality looking video. Uses Nvidia drivers which are always able to keep up to date. Great Card.
