This is a modest video card for modest budgets and expectations. Its got decent but not blazing frame rates. excellent for basic windows usage and easy to install.

I was in need of a new video card for my computer and this was a good option. It was not insanely expensive. Easy to install and works just fine.

My previous card was only 1gb, this one is 2gb in memory. I have noticed great improvement when I play steam games like Rocket League and H1Z1. The frame stagger is gone. You can also overclock it. I love that I can use it for my dual monitors.

Works great for basic computer operations, and even casual gaming. If you are a serious gamer don't bother, but for folks who use their computers mainly for work or non-gaming activities it should be fine.

Its not the best Video card but i needed something to work with my dual Monitor setup. I maybe looking for something better in the future for now im just going to give it a Good rating.

A powerful video card perfect for users who want a discreet solution to integrated graphics. I am not a gamer so I cannot offer an opinion about the suitability for that type of application.

Had, what I thought, was a failure of my old video card in my desktop tower, vintage 2003. Didn't need the highest end (and expensive) video gaming card, so I picked up this one as a basic "like for like" for the card that failed after 13 years. What a difference! My old card would have been considered fairly top end when I originally bought it, but this one blows it away even though it's pretty basic by today's standards. Faster, smoother, cleaner... Very happy with the purchase.

It's not as good as I hoped for but it's defiantly better than what I had.

The computer I installed this video card in made major improvement in frames per second to enable world of warcraft to finally be enjoyable to play

Needed a smaller card for a small main board. Just the right size. Graphics quality really good for the price.

As always, before spending money there should be a need. In this case I needed a good video card for a reasonable price. The GT740 fit the bill and gives me great graphics and did not beat up my wallet in the process. Obviously not the hottest new card, but more than sufficient for most applications and games. This even did well in video rendering which was great!
