it works as advertised and looks great if you have a windowed case,i will be getting a couple more sticks,i love the finish and like i said they look great in the case.

My sons PC kept bluescreening during gameplay and we both were getting frustrated. After disassembling and then reassembling the PC with no positive results, I then tried replacing the video card with a spare I had in a bin of parts. Still, no joy. One of the cheapest things to swap would be RAM so, I gave it a shot. Since it was my sons PC and him being only 9 years old, I didn't want to spend too much on this because he's liable to spill juice or something on his keyboard at anytime and short the whole thing. Running to Best Buy (I can't stand TigerDirect even though they are closer to my house) I was in luck and found 8GB of RAM reasonably priced. Brought it home, pulled out the old and inserted the new, powered up the PC and BOOM! SUCCESS!!! The PC has never bluescreened again since I did this!.

I originally bought one pack, but after installing them with great results I ordered a second set... why not max it out for this price?? So, both packs passed memtest (my experience with memory is that a lot is defective right from the start). Enjoying my 16GB! Bios recognized it properly and set it to the correct speed/timings automatically.

Adding the additional memory increased overall memory, which in turn improved gaming performance and overall performance. Also, updated Windows Vista to Windows 8, which additionally increased overall system performance.

Not much to say, they fit without a problem, very easy to add to a computer, work perfect and can be added in as little as 5 minutes. The computer works way better and faster with the upgraded RAM.

I needed more RAM to complete a large project, and this definitely did the job. The computer runs slightly faster overall, and handles the toughest strain without a stutter. Excellent!

This memory worked perfect and was just what we needed to upgrade one of our computers. The speed of the computer is perfect now with the addition of this memory.

I bought this memory to upgrade my main desktop to 16GB. I recommend anyone to do this if you are having issues with speed or opening multiple applications.

The DDR3 RAM chips increased the speed and performance of my computer. Strongly recommend increasing memory to achieve better results on your computer.

This ram was used along with a new SSD. Between the memory upgrade and the SSD the windows 7 computer is extremely fast compared to what it was.

I have a Gigabyte Motherboard for a Core 2 E8400 processor that I needed DDR3 ram. This is the only ram I could get to work. These dims are low density meaning that they have chips on both side of the board under the gold heat sinks. Older motherboards can't recognize high density ram that the new chips can address. Newer chips are faster, lower voltage, higher density. I needed exactly what this kit had. Has been working fine since I installed them.

Doubled the memory on the desktop that I use at work. No installation problems. Best first step investment.

My review of the pny 8g ddr3 1033 mhz is that its a great product for the money and not having to qait for it to be shipped i picked mine up for a great deal at my local bestbuy. Weather you need it for office or gaming it does the job very well. Had no problems with memory errors. I would recommend this set to anybody.
